you kissed me the next day
I'm not even sure how it happened
we were just on the couch
watching tv
you looked at me,
stars in your eyes
I looked at you
you didn't look away
'is something wrong'
I asked
you put your hand under my chin,
leaned in,
and gave me a soft kiss
your eyes were closed
I closed mine too
and kissed you back
after a few seconds,
you pulled away and said
'no
nothing's wrong'
you smiled
I smiled back
it was the most wonderful feeling
in the world
