Chapter Six: The Childhood

The next few days the house was at war, the 4 siblings would not talk to anyone in the home, when they went to see Linda they didn't speak to her either, Linda felt really curserned, she spoke to Molly and Larry, once the kids has walked back to the foster home. They told Linda what had happened, Linda tried to give some advice, Linda said, "maybe try to get them to speak about what's bothering them, let them lift the weight off their shoulders, save them from the devils they once faced" Molly and Larry smiled, "that was the best advice, I ever heard, thank you" said Molly, Molly then hugged Linda, Larry thanked her to, then they left.

At the foster home, Molly and Larry seen their 3 children sitting on the steps, and glass broken, "where's the others?" Asked Larry, "what happened?" Asked Molly, "they're hiding in their room" said Alex, "when they came in, they gave us a dirty look then walked upstairs, but they heard Alex say, boy they're pissy, then Aiden got mad I guess, and grabbed the first thing he seen, a glass picture, he throw from the 10th stair then he said, shut your damn mouth, and leave us alone! Then they hurried to their room" said Anthony, Molly and Larry sighed, "okay, Linda, their therapist, gave us some advice to help them, go to the kitchen and get snacks and Juice, then go sit on the couch, we'll be down shortly" said Molly, the 3 kids nodded and did as they were asked, Molly and Larry took a deep breath, "ready?" Asked Larry, "ready, as I'll ever be" answered Molly, then they headed to the 4 siblings room, "good luck" said Lily.

At the 4 siblings door, Molly and Larry took a deep breath again, then Molly opened the door slowly, inside they seen the kids, just, being kids, Aiden was on his bed, and on the family laptop, that was in their room, Chloe was reading a book, named Beauty and the Beast, Dawn was couloring in her couloring book, and Ava was watching T.V. the channel Treehouse, Molly and Larry were shocked to find them this way, they thought the kids were gonna be destroying something, or being weird, but they actually we're being just normal kids, well, up untill Aiden noticed Molly and Larry peeking through the door, Aiden shuck his head, "what you want!" He asked, then his sisters turned to face Molly and Larry, they entered the room and swollowed their pride, "come down to the living room, we all are going to talk, like a family" said Molly, "we ain't no family" said Chloe, "you, him, and thoes kids might be a family, and us are a family, but all of us!? Hell no!" Said Dawn, Molly and Larry looked to each other then at the 4 siblings, "please children, Linda told us to do this, so please come talk to us in the living room" said Larry, the kids looked to each other, then Aiden closed the laptop and sat up on his bed, "alright, we will, only 'cause Linda said to" then Chloe closed her book and hid it under her pillow, Dawn closed her couloureing book and slid it under her bed, and Ava turned off the T.V. then they walked pasted Molly and Larry, and heading downstairs to the living room.

Once they entered the living room they seen a bowl of popcorn, 2 bags of chips, one Blane, the other BBQ, five boxes of chocolates, eight in each box, one bottle of orange crush, and two jugs of juice, one was orange juice, the other grape juice, on the coffee table, the 4 siblings mouth dropped, the 3 kids then walked in, Alex was holding cups, the 3 kids smiled, the 3 oldest siblings then turned to Molly and Larry, "what's up?" Asked Aiden and him and 2 of the sisters crossed their arms and stared at Molly and Larry, Ava hid in a corner, in-between the wall, and the T.V. stand, "nothing's up, we just wanted to talk to you, you know, like a family" said Molly, "didn't you hear earlier?" Asked Aiden, "we ain't no family" said Dawn, Molly and Larry looked down, they were upset, the 3 kids then looked to Ava, her hands were over her eyes, her mouth slightly opened, and shaken, people had done this type of thing before, there's always something up, and it always end in disaster.
Lily walked to her and placed her hand on Ava's right knee, Ava jumped, she then moved her fingers to see who it was, "it's alright" said Lily, "why don't you go have some snacks and juice?" Ava removed her hands and looked to Lily then the yummy stuff on the coffee table, "don't like orange" Ava said quietly, Lily smiled to her, "that's okay, you don't have to drink it, if you don't like it, you can have grape juice" Ava looked to Lily, then over to the other 2 kids looking at her, Ava then took a deep breath and stood up, "that a girl, you can do it" said Lily, Ava then looked to her siblings, stilll yelling at Molly and Larry, Ava then slowly walked to the coffee table, the 3 kids smiled, Dawn looked over to check on Ava, and seen Alex opening one box of chocolates and Ava taking some, she said "hey, look" then Aiden and Chloe looked over, the 3 oldest siblings watched Ava, for a few minutes, then Alex looked to them, "come on, grab some" the 3 oldest looked to each other then walked over, Ava hugged her siblings, then took some chocolates, the 4 siblings smiled, "great! Now that you kids have calmed down" said Molly, the 4 siblings turned to her and Larry, walking towards them, "are you kids ready to talk?" The kids looked to each other, then sat on the couch, the foster family smiled, "we'll take that as a yes" said Molly happily, then the foster family sat around the kids, "can you tell us your childhood?" Asked Molly, the kids looked down, then the 3 oldest whispered to each other, Ava listened in, "should we?" Asked Chloe, "this will bring back so many harmful memories" said Dawn, "yes, but this might help them better understand us, and it could help us to" said Aiden, the kids argued a bit more then looked to Molly and Larry, then Aiden said, "okay, we'll tell you" the foster family smiled, "okay, it all started with me, of course, I'm the oldest" said Aiden.
