Chapter Six and Seven

Alexander/Jag's POV

"There's something off about that girl." Zayn said suddenly. I raised my eyebrow. "Roxalie?" Viktor asked. "Who?" I took a sip of my drink. "One of the new girls staying on our floor." Damien answered. "The one who looks like those expensive porcelain dolls in those pink frilly doll shops? You know, the one with the bright gold curls, she's pretty small too." At my look of confusion, Viktor sighed. "The one I went over to talk to at breakfast. The girl that bitch-talked that what's-her-name slut today in class?" He said exasperatedly. Then I faintly remembered the head of bright golden curls that I had seen the slut standing in front of. "I think I remember, sort of. What about her?" I ask, taking a big gulp of the beer I was holding.

"I don't think she's as innocent as we think she is. But damn I'm having a hard time not thinking she's innocent; she looks like an angel." Zayn rubbed his face frustratedly. "I might be wrong, but I think she has a tattoo. On her wrist. It looked like the head of the Phoenix tattoo." Viktor added. "The Hades Phoenix's mark?" Damien ask, his voice hard. Viktor nodded. Nobody said anything. In this area there are many gangs, but there were three that were kings. Poisoned Angels, Hades Phoenix, and my gang, Mortem Dracones, Latin for Death Dragons. We were equally strong, and we were enemies of both. We accepted one of the Hades Phoenix, Nathaniel, into Blackcliffe, but that was only I didn't want to bring school into this. I didn't have any objections to beating him up here though. But as far as we know, there are no girls in Hades Phoenix, so unless Viktor is wrong, though he hardly is, who is this girl?

Roxy's POV

Time passed quickly, and before I knew it a two weeks had passed, and it was the Friday again.

"Are you sure you don't wanna come with us? It"ll be really fun." Keandra pleaded. "Nah, sorry, but I really have to go see someone. Plus I'm not really dressed for partying." I smile apologetically. "First Nathaniel, now you. Who do you have to go see anyway?" Jerome asked curiously. "Somebody special. Have fun, and don't worry if I'm not back by tonight, I might not even be back till Sunday. Bye! Love you all!" I waved goodbye to the group in front of the club and jumped into the waiting taxi.

I'm finally going to see Cain today. Face to face for the first time in five whole years. God do I miss that idiot. I'm gonna give him a piece of my mind when I see him, how dare he not come and visit me for five whole years! Nathaniel's already there, for sure. I made sure to dress nice today, so as soon as Cain sees me this innocent I'm gonna punch him in the face. I was wearing a long sleeve white dress with a scoop neck that was tight at the top and fluffed out at my hips, pale pink flats, a pink and cream colored clutch, and my hair was completely down. And underneath was a black tank top and short jean shorts, in case I got to train later.

As soon as the taxi stopped I put the right amount of money into the taxi driver's hand and rushed out of the taxi. Looking up at the huge mansion, I smiled. I bet some of the gang members lived here. Looking around, I realized that it was a neighborhood of mansions. Punching in the password for the gate I felt excitement well up. The side door opened and I quickly went in. In the driveway was a bunch of cars, and I identified Cain's Lamborghini easily. Reaching the front door, I saw yet another keypad. I raised my eyebrow, then entered in the password, and the door clicked open immediately.

I closed the wooden door behind me and looked around. Everything was really modern, and there was a bunch of guy stuff lying around. Guess I'm right then, gang members did live here. Following the faint noise of shouting I arrived at a staircase that led downstairs. I grinned. After going down what seemed like two floors I came to a stop in front of a passageway, and at the end was an open door, and...BINGO. I walked calmly to the open door.
