* Lenny’s POV *

As soon as I have decided to come with Ava to America for a much needed break, I already did all the things I had to do, especially informing Justice Crew of my absence and getting our flights booked. Well, we just needed to rebook Ava’s and she actually approved of bringing Harley with us, which would be a great idea.

“You have to make sure you’ll come home for our wedding. I need my best man.” John exclaimed, reminding me as I was about to head out the studio. Today was the last meeting I had attended and I had to do some errands before I could go home to finish up packing, pick Ava up, and go to my parents’ house since they will be responsible for driving us to the airport tomorrow.

I laughed. “You do know we’ll just be out for three weeks, aye?” It wasn’t like they were going to wed in three weeks. John’s just turning too dramatic with every wedding preparation and panicking like crazy. Like when Kayla was torn on their theme, she had proper pushed it towards John to surprise her, and he was just all out worrying about it, thinking the worse in every step. The guy needs to calm down, and if I weren’t with Ava and her family, I’d probably kidnap him for three weeks.

But then, Kayla’s going to kill me. I just know it. Just thinking about it, she would proper kill me and I love my life so I’m not going in there.

Though, it would have been fun if we could do this. Something that us twins can do, which isn’t related to Justice Crew touring. Perhaps, something we could do in the future.

“I know, but you guys might love it there and forget all about it.” He explained as I nodded. Fair point, although, I have JC work so that won’t be a possibility, and Ava’s work is here. It’s not like she could just close up.

I chuckled. “See ya, brother.” I waved my hand in the air, already pushing the door on the way out, now heading towards my car, driving to Woolworths for some stuff.

“Lenny Pearce.” A familiar voice uttered and once I had spun around, I saw an old flame, all smiles towards me. When I said flame, it wasn’t like we were even together. Maybe we could have been, but it didn’t continue on to be one, only because the girl had feelings for John, but John was with someone else at that time.

“Serenity Nash.” I uttered, using the same tone she used on me. “Been a long time, how are you?” I inquired. Even though we didn’t make it to the next level, we were still friends.

“Great.” She commented. “What’s new with you?”

“Just need some stuff for a trip.” I uttered, pushing a small cart.

“Justice Crew going on another tour?” She asked as if surprised and excited. I didn’t even know she was still into the crew.

I shook my head no. “Personal trip with my girl and my son.” I explained as I have gotten some things for Harley that we might need for our trip. It’s good to be always prepared, right? Plus, it was our first trip alone, sort of, so I needed everything for him.

“You’ve got yourself a girlfriend.” She commented, chuckling as if it was something that’s something really out of order or impossible. I nodded. “Who’s the lucky girl?”

“My best friend.” Bailey stepped into our conversation, and by the looks of it, I was in trouble by the way she was glaring at me, and then Serenity. “How did you meet my sister?” She turned to me once she had calmed down, asking me a simple question.

However, it didn’t turn out to be something simple on my end as I had proper went back that time I met Serenity, and I knew her last name was Nash, and not Hughes. “Don’t worry, Len. We found out we were sisters late too.” She commented, teasingly as Serenity gave me a forced smile.
