We're all back in the study, Wadsworth is trying to hide the cooks body, just incase the police man came in here.
Mr. Green is out in the hallway waiting for the police man to get out of the library so he can tell us.
"How about behind the curtain" Colonel Mustard suggests
"I suppose" Wadsworth responded
"He's coming!" Mr. Green said
Wadsworth quickly dropped the body and walks out of the study and closes the door. All of us are in the study except Mr. Green and Wadsworth. We all step in front of the door and listen.
"I see you're done using the telephone" said Wadsworth
"Actually, it wasn't working." Said the police man
"Oh dear, sorry sir, how about the telephone in the lounge" Wadsworth said loudly
We open up the study door a bit, and see Wadsworth closing the lounge door behind the police man. We all walk out. We hear a bunch of lighting strike extremely loud. The lights flash on and off.
"Oh dear, we can't lose power in this type of situation." Mr. Green cried
"I think we will be fine" Wadsworth replied
"What do we do?" Mrs. White asked
"I suppose we can look around for a murderer or just leave the house." Wadsworth responded
"We cant just leave the cook here!" Mr. Green shouted
"Why not?" Miss Scarlet replied
Wadsworth went to the kitchen while all of us went back to the study. The lights had turned off completely. Wadsworth rushed into the study and asked
"Are all of you alright?"
Everyone nodded. I stood up and walked over to Wadsworth.
"We can't stay here, it's unsafe" I said looking at Wadsworth
"Yea, now that the lights are off, any of us can easily be killed" said colonel Mustard
"What if the murderer turned off the lights?" Said Mrs. White with a bit of fear
"Ugh, nonsense. The main light switch is inside the house." Wadsworth replied.
Everyone just sat on a couch looking around.
"I'll go find a candle to light up the room." Mrs. White said as she stood up
She walked out of the room. Wadsworth watched her leave. He looked really concerned for her.
"I need a drink" Miss Scarlet said as she walked over to the trays of drinks
"I can will get you fresh drink" Yvette said as she quickly headed out of the room
Yvette's English wasn't that good. You can tell she tried hard though.
"Anybody want a cigarette?" Miss Scarlet asked
"How could you be smoking at a time like this?" Colonel Mustard asked
Miss Scarlet just shrugged her shoulders.
"I don't smoke but give me your matches." Wadsworth said as he reached his arm towards her
She gave him the matches, but she looked confused.
"Don't you mean a cigarette?" She asked
"No, I don't smoke." Wadsworth replied as he lit a match
"There now we have light" Wadsworth said as he had a big smile on his face
"Yes, but it's just going to burn out." Said Mrs. Peacock
"Yes, but now we can tell if there is a murderer behind you." Wadsworth replied
Professor Plum quickly looked behind himself. Thump Everyone looked at each other.
"Not again" said Colonel Mustard
We all looked out the door. We see Yvette looking out of the kitchen, and Mrs. White was looking out of the Billiard room.
Wadsworth blew out the match and walked over to the lounge door. He opened it slowly.
"Well, that's unfortunate." Said Colonel Mustard
It was the police officer. He was dead.
Mr. Green walked in and picked up a metal bar.
"Look, he was killed with a metal bar." Mr. Green said as he looked at us
"Well now we have a weapon." Said Colonel Mustard
"Is that really what you're worried about? Theres another dead body." Said Mrs. White
We moved the body over to the study. We weren't sure what was going to happen now. We have two dead bodies in the study.
"This is getting serious." Said Mr. Green
"Yea" replied Professor Plum
Wadsworth ran out of the study. He opened the door that lead to the cellar. He flipped a switch.
"What, how did you do that?" Asked Mrs. White
"It's the emergency light switch, in case we lose power. I entirely forgot we had it." Replied Wadsworth
"Well at least now we can see." Said Colonel Mustard
"Yea, but we still don't know who killed them. The lights didn't fix all of our problems." Replied Miss Scarlet
"Yea, we still don't know which one of you did it!" Mr. Green yelled
"What do you mean which one of you did it?" Asked Professor Plum
"Well, I Didn't do it!" Mr. Green yelled
"Well, it doesn't even seem that any us did it." Wadsworth replied
"If it's really someone else then they have to be in the house now." Said Miss Scarlet
We all looked at each other. It had to be one of us. If not then the murderer is inside the house. We were all in trouble.
