I met an incredible woman .
A woman who's smile is the brightest, And I swear she has stars in her eyes.
She isn't any random image of perfect,
Far from it.
But she has scars and a story to tell.
That's what caught my attention. Through her eyes,
I peer deep into her jaded soul.
All it's curves and jagged edges that seem to fit perfectly with mine.
A soul that has weathered the worst of storms but still carries on.
Then there was her smile.
A smile that was so welcoming and warm.
A testament to her will to go on So kind and warm.
It was almost as if she wasn't of this world.
Constantly felt as though I've known her before.
Her entire being was enveloped in an explicable feeling of familiarity.
The one face I always want to see, And the one voice I always want to hear.
There was something magical about her very presence.
She was an angel who could turn hell into heaven.
In a world full of darkness, She was light, beauty and redemption...
