Sophomore Year [glee fanfic, Finn Hudson]

Bad Reputation

I power walked through the hallways and entered the choir room with a disc that I found in Coach Sue's office earlier this morning. I quickly scanned the room and saw Finn, Kurt, Mercedes, Tina and Artie sitting down.

"Anyone have a laptop?" I asked as Kurt nodded.

"Why?" The boy asked and I lifted my hand up to reveal the DVD.

"Found this is Coach's office" I said as the boy took out the laptop and we inserted the disc. The song "Physical" started playing and we began to snigger as Rachel and Jesse walked through the door.

"What's so funny? You aren't watching the video of me falling off stage at my first Tiny Tots beauty pageant?" Rachel questioned as she and Jesse sat down in the row behind us.

"That was Carrot-Top funny compared to this comedic tour de force." Kurt said.

"That's Olivia Newton-John's "Physical". It was pretty groundbreaking subject matter at the time considering its depiction of fluid sexuality." Jesse commented which was interrupted by Mercedes' loud laugh.

"Oh, my G - Wait, wait." Mercedes stuttered out as a figure came onto the screen; dancing.

"That's not Olivia Newton-John." Finn said shocked. "That's That's Sue Sylvester." He stuttered out.

"Where did you get this?" Jesse questioned us and I turned round to look at the boy.

"I can tell you that I certainly did not steal it from her locked file cabinet this morning when she sent me back to her office to get her hormone replacement injection during Cheerios practice." I said before giving my attention back to the video. "Let's get physical" I sang along to the song.

"Wait. Did she just do the Cabbage Patch?" Artie asked as Mercedes' laughter continued.

"I'm posting this on YouTube." Finn said as he tried to reach over to take the computer away from me.

"No, no, wait, wait." I said pulling the laptop away from him. "Do you think that's a good idea? She might kill us."

"Oh, let her get a taste of some of the humiliation she put us through." Finn said to me.

"I'm with Finn." Jesse said which surprised us all. "You guys need to stop being such asses and start being badasses." He added and zip looked around and everyone seemed to be on their side so I sighed and passed the laptop to Finn.

"Ten bucks it goes viral by lunch."

I walked down the hallway quickly as I was running late to glee club. I quickly turned a corner but was stopped by a large figure.

"Woah slow down there Mo Farah" I heard the voice say and I looked up to see Kyle. I hadn't seen him since he left my house that Friday night during Madonna week, so to ease the tension I gave a slight giggle to his joke.

"Kyle, sorry I'm just running late for glee club" I said as I pointed to the choir room which was only a few metres away. His head followed the direction of my finger and then swung back to me.

"I won't keep you here for long Ace, just remember to text me sometime" he said as he squeezed my arm and began to walk in the direction he came from. I laughed and looked back at the boy.

"Was that a Gilmore Girls reference?" I shouted over to him and he turned around to look at me while walking backwards.

He blew me a kiss jokingly. "See you round Kiddo" he called back and I mockingly pretended to catch his kiss.
