Kate wakes up on Sophia's birthday, after having a rough night fighting with Sophia's dad Patrick, who wanted her on her birthday. Patrick is now dating her friend Delaney and Faith is now dating Brent.
"Mommy, Mommy, It's my bwirthday." Sophia says jumping on the bed.
"I know babygirl, I know." Kate says half awake.
Jon walks in after morning skate at Johnny's Icehouse which is in downtown Chicago, and scoops the birthday girl up.
"Hey princess." Jon says to Sophia.
"Hi jwonny. "Sophia says to Jon.
"What do you wanna do on your birthday today?" Jon asks Soph.
"I wanna go skating, with uncle Shaw, and Uncle Saad. Pweaseee?" She ask Jon.
"Okay let me call them up." Jon says and then takes out his phone.
Jon steps outside the room and three way calls Andrew and Brandon...
"Hey guys, I know we just say each other but we need to get the team together and meet at the arena." Jon says to Brandon and Andrew.
"Why man?" Shaw says.
"Cause it's Sophia's birthday, you know Patrick's little girl. And she wants to spend her day skating with you and Brandon." Jon says.
"I'm bring Chaun." Shaw says.
"That's fine man, see you in 20!" Jon says.
He hangs up and returns to the bedroom,
"you better go get dressed the whole team will be at the arena in 20 minutes." Jon says to Sophia.
"Okay Jonny." Sophia says.
Jon walks over to Kate and kisses her, after Sophia leaves the room.
"You feeling alright my love? You feel a tad bit warm." Jon says to her.
"Yes babe, just remember the other night? "Kate says to him.
"Yes, best night of my life." Jon says.
"Well I think I'm pregnant again." Kate says.
Jon gasps and then smiles at her, and thats when Sophia comes back in the bedroom and Kate gets dressed and they go over to the United Center to skate with everyone. They walk in and Sophia runs over to Patrick.
"Daddy, daddy." Sophia says as Patrick scoops her up.
"Hey babygirl, happy birthday. " Patrick says to her.
"I got you a gift. Open it." Patrick says to her.
Sophia unwraps her present to find a Toews jersey.
"Thanks daddy." Sophia says.
"Sophia, daddy will still be your daddy but Jon's going to be your daddy also, so if you'd like to support him as well daddy is okay with that." Patrick says.
"Otay daddy." Sophia says and skips off to see her crush Andrew Shaw.
She walks up to see him and reaches her arms out to him.
"Hi Uncle Andrew. Hi aunt Chaunette." Sophia says to them
"Hi beautiful." Chaunette says to her.
"Happy birthday my favorite little girl." Andrew says to her.
