Brandon, Kate, Sophia and Payton and Brandon’s dog are all in his new Jeep Rubicon with the top off blasting “Break Your Little Heart” by All Time Low.

Kate starts laughing. “Nice Brandon, just nice.”
“You think that’s funny eh?” Brandon says.
“You are from St. Louis, not Canada.” Kate says while laughing.
“Your laugh is beautiful. I haven’t heard in a while since everything that happened with Jon.” B2 says to her.
Kate smiles and starts singing “Sunday Morning ” by Maroon 5.

Brandon takes Kate, Sophia, Payton and Flash (the puppy) to his mansion out in the country.
Kate exits the car to see flowers everywhere, a play area in the back yard, a swimming pool, basketball court, hot tub, etc..
“I love this house.” Kate says as she holds Payton on her hip.
“I’m glad you love it. “ Brandon says looking at her while giving Sophia a piggy back ride.
Kate takes Brandon’s hand as they walk into the house and he gives them a tour...
“That’s the bedroom, has a bathroom, walk through closet, etc. That’s the spare room, has the same bathroom, and walk through closet. That’s the library over there, fitness room is downstairs, kitchen is downstairs, all upstairs is a big theatre floor. Swimming pool and play area are outside in the backyard. Garage is in front, you can borrow one of the cars if you’d like and the girls can sleep in the kids room, where my niece sleeps when she comes and spends the night.” Brandon says to her.
“Thanks babe.” Kate says and then kisses his cheek.
