It’s an early, but chilly morning in Downtown Chicago. It’s almost time to get up for the parade, because we are the Stanley Cup Champions back to back years. It’s Brandon’s day with the cup....
Kate goes through the closet after recently moving in with Mr. Bollig, she chooses to wear some thermal yoga pants, her blackhawks hoodie and some black uggs, she goes and gets the girls ready for the parade dressing them in a similar outfit as hers.
Brandon wakes up and puts on some dressier clothing because he has to be presentable to the crowd, he grabs a blackhawks hoodie as well, his nike airs and some blue jeans.
“Ready to go my 3 favorite girls? “ Brandon asks Kate and the girls.
“Yes, I think we are.” Kate says and grabs the girls hands and walks with Brandon.
Brandon pulls up the private lot where all the players are meeting and he grabs the Cup and Kate gets the girls making sure they are all zipped up for the chilly Chicago air.
Kate walks over to where Patrick and Delaney are standing to see how the twins are doing.
“How’s little Carter and Aaron doing? “ I say as I feel both of them kick.
“They are spoiled, I’m pretty sure their daddy has spoiled them even though they aren’t here yet.” Delaney says.
Patrick smirks.
Patrick, Delaney, Brandon, Kate and the girls all get on the bus with Hossa and his wife Jana and their kids Zoja and Mia, and they go on their ride around the city, waving and hoisting the Cup.
Sophia and Mia play together on the floor of the bus, pretending to be hockey players like their daddies. Mia and Payton just giggle at each other in enjoyment.
Its time for the Captain to speak, and we all know how drunk him and Kaner get when it comes to the parade.
“IIIIII wouldddd likeee to thankkkk allll offfff youuu forrr aaa greattt seasonnnn anddd forrr allll theeee supporttt you’veeee allll givennn ussss.” Jon says with a slur.
Brandon hoist the cup up and says “The belt goes to, Ben Smith this year. Great job man.” he pats Ben’s back and hands him the belt.
