How Come?

Brendon's POV:

"R-Ryan.." I say, nervous.

"Hey Brendon and Spencer, and hello Dallon." Ryan says timidly.

"Ryan, you want to be back in the band?" Spencer asks him.

"Yeah, I do." Ryan answers.

"Me and Ryan have been talking for a few months, and I figured it would be best if he joined the band again when the tour was over and Spencer came back." Bill says and looks at us. "As long as it's alright with you guys. What do you guys say?"

"I'm okay with it." Dallon says.

"Yeah, I mean, I'm fine with it as long as Brendon is too." Spencer says, looking at me. Ryan does too, his eyes widen.

"Y-yeah. I'm okay with him being back in the band." I say, and Ryan lets out a sigh of relief.

"Alright! Well, welcome back to Panic! Ryan. We'll let the fans know when you guys are ready to tell them." Bill says. "That is also why I didn't want you guys to write new songs yet, so the four of you can work together and Dallon and Ryan can get to know each other more."

"I guess I can understand that." I say, looking at Ryan and see he is looking at me too, smiling. I just turn my head away from him.

"Alright, then I guess this meeting is over then. I suggest that you guys start writing new songs soon." Bill says, getting up and leaving the office.

"I guess we can go back to my house, since that is where we were and start thinking of song ideas. Is that okay with everyone?" Spencer asks. We all nod our heads. "Alright, Ryan do you need a ride?" Spencer asks him.

"Yeah, Bill picked me up from my house. Thanks Spencer." Ryan says.

"No problem. Let's go to Dallon's car and get to the house." Spencer says to us. We leave the building and get in the car. I decide to sit in the front with Dallon. I don't want to be that close to Ryan right now.

As Dallon is driving, I start to think. Why does he want to come back? How come he picks now? Why did he even leave the band? Can the band make it? More importantly, can I forgive him for running away from me and can we be friends again or more?
