Your P.O.V.

All the way back to the human village, seriously ALL the way, he refused to let me back into the water. Even tho I told him that was actually the way I healed, still he didn't believed it in the slightless. Maui left the boat on the shore near the village, he got down the boat and glanced to me. "Will you wait here?" He asked,  I nodded in response and he left.

I sighed as I laid back and glanced at the sky. -This might be a good time to get back into the water, if it wasn't for the fact there are humans near - "Ugh... this sucks..." I muttered while resting a hand on my stomach and the other on my forehead. 

"You alright?" A deep voice said. I sat up slowly and glanced towards the source of the sound. An old man was standing there looking curiously at my legs. - He gave the boat to Maui , but still I don't trust him, just like every human -  I nodded, I'm not feeling like talking to him. "Are you sure? Those wounds look serious" He said concerned. - FAKE, I can heal myself anyways - I nodded again. "Hmph... It's okay, we can help, we don't bite" he chuckled at the end. -  You may not bite at first, but you'll do a backstab. - I thought and resisted the urge to actually snap those words at him or all his repulsive kind. I shook my head and faked a small smile. "Not so talkative, I see... but let us now if you need anything" He said and smiled at me before leaving. 

Once he was at a safe distance "Like if I will trust that scum" I muttered spitting the words like poison. "Ughhhh" I grunted and laid back on the boat again, still waiting for that dude to come back. -Even tho I told him no, he would probably have helped another human anyways. - I thought scruncing my nose up. "Disgusting kind" I mummbled again and sighed.

"I'm back!" I sat up slowly seeing Maui comming back with a triumphant expression on his face. Even if there wasn't almost any light,  I could see something different on his belly.

"I see that, but what's that? Another tattoo?" I asked leaning closer. He stopped in front of me and glanced down taking a look at himself too. 

"Uh... I guess it is, this is still weird you know?" He said while shrugging. Maui then looked at my legs and frowned. "I should take you to the elder, he knows how is this stuff" He said glancing back at the village.

"No, Maui. I'm fine, he came earlier but I denied any 'help' he offered" I emphasised crossing my arms in front of my chest.

"You wha-... Why did you do that?" He asked in disbelief holding his head with both hands and paced a bit back. "How could you do that? H-h-h-h-he only wanted to help!" He yelled exasperated looking at me again. 

"Uh... no, he's a human, you know I don't tru-" he cut me off.

"AND? ... I don't care if you don't trust them, but your tail needs attention!" He yelled throwing his hands around. I widdened my eyes and panicked slightly.

"Shhhh!! They might find out!" I whispered-yelled at him glancing around, trying to make sure no one heard us.

"As if it matters anyways! Come on I'll take you there" He exclaimed and shoved me on over his shoulder.

"Eek! No way in hell!" I yelled slaming my fists on his back and tried to kick also, but my legs hurted horribly.

"We have already went there, sooo" He shurgged and laughed. - He didn't undertstood right? - I sighed and growled. 

"No! Take me to the water! Please!!" I yelled and slammed my fists harder and used all my strenght to move my legs and kick him. 

"You need help! Please understand that fish lady!" - Don't say that here! You dumb! -

I sighed angered, and as soon a house passed by with some humans looking at me... I... I don't know what happened... I... Just started... crying...

"Maui, please I want to go back!" I yelled with a craking voice. I slammed my fist one last time and let my body hang on his shouler. Some tears slided down my eyes and finally Maui stopped. 

Maui's P.O.V.

- Is she crying? What did I do now? - I looked around, and saw some villagers staring at us curiously. I sighed and started walking back to the raft. - Why did she started crying? - I thought curiously ignoring the multiple stares.

I reached the raft and felt the way she resisted the urge to make a sound, she just took breaths as calm as possible and sniffed softly everyonce in a while. "Fis-(Y/N)?" I called her softly. 

She didn't move.

I sighed and put her down on the raft sitting. She stared at the place where sand and water met, with her head hanging low. "I... Look, I don't know what happened back there, but if you want water I'll let you go and refresh yourself" I said lowly. She still didn't move. I sighed again showing my palm down my face. "Let's just go to the other side of the island" I jumped on the raft and guided it towards the back of the island. 

We got to the back, a peaceful back, no villages, just plain forest and beach. I took deep breaths and got down the raft, which wasn't totally on the sand. -  Hope that way she's comfortable - I walked a bit away and sat watching her intently. (Y/N) rubbed her eyes a bit and helped herself to the water with her hands. She just sat on the shore where the water almost reached her chest.

- Should I say something? Or leave her alone for a small while?- 

- No way! I don't know how may years she spent alone after the murder of her relatives and friends! I should do something -

I stood up and walked carefully to her.

Her tail's fins glowed lightly, and the wounds seemed to be closing themselves slowly. - Guess she wasn't lying - I bit my lip soflty and sat down next to her. 

"Um... It's okay if I ask, why?" 

She lifter her head slighly, and spared a quick glance at me from the corner of her eyes. She sighed heavily. "I still don't trust them" She muttered.

"Ah..." - What do I do now? Ugh this is so confusing - "Would... uh... would you like something to eat?" I asked unsure. (Y/N) glanced at me and nodded lightly with a small blush on her cheeks. "Heh, I'll be back soon, I promise"
