I pulled my phone out of my pocket and unlocked it. I went to my messages, after seeing the notification. It was my mom.....

---------------------

My breath caught in my throat. I am royally fucked. I took a deep breath and clicked on my mom's contact. I read the text

Care to explain why the school called to alert me that you weren't at school today?

I went through the possibilities of my punishment as I typed my response with shaking hands.

Peter and I accidentally slept in....

That's not a reason why you DITCHED SCHOOL!

um....

Where are you?! You better get your ass back here this instant young lady!

As I read the last text, I heard someone land behind me and I looked over my shoulder to see Peter standing there with a picnic basket. I turned off my phone and forced my self to push away the thoughts and texts that just happened. I shoved my phone and hands and my back pockets, finally getting a good glance at Peter in his suit. His muscles showed through the suit and I bit my lip.

"See something you like?" Peter smirked and I blushed. I walked over to him and kissed his cheek, and he returned the favor. He gestured to the picnic basket. "Well? do you, (Y/N) (L/N), want to go on a date with me?"

"Of course, Sir Peter." I smiled and took his hand in mine and walked over to the basket. He withdrew his hand and grabbed a blanket from the basket. He laid it down, so that way we could watch the sunset. He took everything else out and organized it on the blanket. Among these things were apple juice, sandwiches, salad, and something wrapped in tin foil, so I couldn't tell what it was. I sat down and Peter sat next to me. He then grabbed two wine glasses out of the basket.

"We aren't old enough to drink." I stated the obvious.

"We aren't using them for alcohol, it's for the juice." He chuckled lightly. He then cracked open the juice and poured it into the glasses, and handed one to me. We clinked and took a sip. I let the liquid sled down my throat, swallowing. He then handed me a sandwich. I took it and greedily took a bite. I scooted closer to him and laid my head on his shoulder. He let his head fall onto mine, letting peace surround us as the sun set.

We finished our food and laid down. I cuddled closer into him and he put an arm around me, slightly rubbing my shoulder. After a couple minutes Peter sat up and grabbed something out of the basket and laid back down. Looking at it, I noticed that it was a light blue Polaroid camera. He turned it on and placed a hand under my chin, making me face him. He kissed me, and I retorted while he snapped a picture.

he pulled away and smiled at me. He then turned his attention to the camera, as the picture printed out. He took it and waved it lightly unit the photo developed. "The sun is still setting, can we take another, I have an idea for one." I mentioned, sitting up, and placing my hands behind me so I was stable.

"Sure." He answered, handing me the camera. I took it out of his hands. I did something similar, and had him kiss me, and I angled the camera, so we were silhouettes among the sunset.

It turned out amazing! (This was the closest one I could find) Peter kissed me once more, but with more passion than any kiss we had shared leading up to that

It turned out amazing! (This was the closest one I could find) Peter kissed me once more, but with more passion than any kiss we had shared leading up to that. He pulled away, and I was breathless. "Wow...." I finally breathed out. We smiled and put our foreheads together.

"We should probably clean up and head home."

"Yea about that, I got in trouble. I received a text from my mom just before our picnic." I explained, biting my lip.

"Oh. I'm sorry. I guess we'll have to work harder in school then."

"Yea..." We stood up after not talking for a bit and cleaned up. I handed him the basket, and gave him a peck on the lips. We said our good byes and he swung off into the distance. I walked to the other side of the roof, and opened the door leading to the stairs. I walked down to my level and over to my door. I stood in front for at least 3 minutes, not wanting to go inside.

I finally took a deep breath and put my hand on the handle, and turned it. I heard a distinct click, signalling I could push it. I did so and stepped inside cautiously. I looked around and didn't see anyone. I turned around and closed the door, locking it. I sighed and turned around to see my mother standing there, hands on her hips, dish towel over her shoulder. "(Y/N) (L/N), you are in deep shit."
