A girl sat in a corner, a shadow blocking her face from being seen. She was scared, unsure of what would happen in the near future. It had been approximately 2 days since everything had gone downhill for this unknown girl.
She was taken away from her home with no reasoning. The people told her nothing. They simply showed up at her front door and took her. They mentioned something about an experiment or at least that's what the girl thinks she heard. Their voices were muffled by the masks that they wore. After what seemed like ages, the door opened revealing a tall, muscular man holding a clipboard.
"Who are you and what do you want?!" The adrenaline and fear combined caused the normally shy girl to yell at the man who just walked in. The man said nothing and simply started to scribble some words onto his paper before calling his colleague. They began speaking but the young girl didn't understand the foreign language they were speaking.
The man hung up the phone and gestured for the girl to follow him. The adrenaline had worn off and the girl understood the danger she was in. She decided it would be best to listen to her captors rather than anger them. So she stood up from the corner, the shadow lifting from her face, and follow the man out of the room
