Remember~

~Chapter 8~

     June 12, 2017

     Hina, Karin, Reina, Runa, and Mia were all walking to a near by park to hang out for a little while longer. Mia finally calmed down and wasn't trying to strangle Runa anymore.

     "Are you guys busy tonight?" Hina asked the other four as they walked. Everyone shook their heads no and Hina hummed thoughtfully.

     "If you guys want to you can stay the night at my house. We can watch another horror movie," Hina whispered horror simply to mess with Mia. A glare showed up instantly on Mia's face.

     "I'll text my mom," Karin happily said as she grabbed her phone from her pocket. Reina didn't say anything but was already typing a message to her parents.

     "I'll text mine, you probably should too Mia," Runa said in an attempt to get Mia to stop her glare. It worked and Mia started typing a message as well.

     "I know that you just met us but I figured it would be rude to invite everyone else and not you," Hina said to Mia after she put her phone away.

     "Thanks for thinking about me," Mia said with a laugh. Hina laughed along with her as they walked into the park.

     "I used to come here all of the time when I was a kid... I don't remember it but my mom told me" Reina said as she sat on a swing.

     "Me too" Karin and Mia both spoke at the same time. Runa and Hina both looked at the three as they both took a seat on swings near Reina. Mia and Karin were both still standing in front of the swing set. Everyone except Reina was talking. She got a sudden pain in her head and was rubbing her temple in an attempt to dull the pain. The pain continued and got more intense as she started to hear young voices.

     "Reina! Come here!"

     "Yeah Reina! You're so slow haha"

     "Hurry up Reina! Stop looking at the flower and come over here!"

     The pain went away along with the weird voices but she heard another voice becoming more audible.

     "Reina? Hey... are you ok?... Reina?" It was Karin... but to Reina, it sounded similar to one of the voices she heard a few seconds ago, although older. Reina looked up at Karin and blinked a few times.

     "I'm sorry... I guess I zoned out" Her voice was hushed and she still seemed slightly out of it.

     "It's fine. I was worried though... does your head hurt?" Karin was speaking faster than normal and Reina smiled slightly.

     "I'm fine now. My head hurt but it's better now." Reina tried her best to calm the shorter girl and got up from the swing she was sitting on.

     "Where are the others?" Reina asked as she looked around.

     "They went to get ice cream. We tried to get your attention but you wouldn't look up..." Karin said, her voice trailing off at the end of her sentence.

     "I'm really sorry," Reina said with a slight smile. Karin smiled back before she spoke again.

     "Let's go meet up with the others," Karin said happily. Reina nodded and they walked away from the park side by side, although Reina was still thinking about the voices she heard earlier.

I'm so sorry I updated so late! I was helping my mom all day and didn't have time to finish the chapter until now. Thank you for reading and bye~
