Jess: Yay your back.
Jess tackles Jayden to the ground.
Jayden: Yes Jess, I'm back... With food.
Frank: I'll take them.
Jayden: Thanks Frank.
Frank takes the food to the kitchen.
Olivia: So are you lovebirds gonna kiss yet?
Jayden: We have kissed. We just aren't gonna do it in front of you.
Olivia pretends to look shocked.
Olivia: What have I've done to deserve this rudeness from you?
Jayden: Beca-
Jess kisses Jayden on the lips.
Olivia,Frank,and Aiden: Awwwwwwe.
Jess then stops kissing Jayden. Jayden just stares blankly at her.
Mike: Alright enough staring. So Jay, what did you get?
Jayden: Bread, milk, hamburgers, pasta.
Mike: That's it?
Jayden: Yeah well, we're poor dude and I'm the only one who has a job.
Aiden: Maybe I could get a job?
Jayden: I think the boss man should get a job.
Mike: At what?
Jess: Doesn't Nolan have a business as a newspaper person thing.
Mike: He'll recognize me.
Olivia: You could use an alias.
Frank: Do it Mike. We need the money.
Mike: *sighs* Fine, first thibg in the morning. But right now I'm making us some hamburgers.
Aiden: Yessssss.
Jess: Good.
Olivia: Thank god we're eating real food.
Frank: We won't be starving.
Jayden: Eh it's alright.
(next day Mike's POV)
Nolan: So mister...?
Mike: Black. John Black.
Nolan: Right. Mr.Black you have no known records of being a reporter and working at a news outlet.
Mike: Well, this will be my first time.
Nolan: ... Mr.Black you haven't even went to college for being a reporter.
Mike: ... So is that a no?
Nolan: Fuck yes. Your hired my man.
He reaches out his hand and I grabbed and start shaking it. He pulls me close to him and he whispers to me-
Nolan: I know it's you John. You chose the name I made for you back in 9th grade. I know that you're a Gifted and I don't care.
He pushes me back.
Mike: Well, it's gonna be great working for you.
Nolan: Let me introduce to the two people you'll be working with.
We step outside his office and then I see this girl. She has long brown hair, brown eyes and tannish skin.
Nolan: John meet Erin.
Erin: Nice to meet you.
We shaked hands and for some reason my heart started neating faster than usual. We stopped shaking hands and Nolan introduced me to an old friend.
Nolan: John, I like you to also meet Alex.
Alex had black hair and dark brown eyes.
Alex: It'll be a pleasure working with you John.
Mike: Same to you.
I think I'm gonna like working here.
