The tears continued to stream down my cheeks.

I felt Liam wrap his arm around me. He was still wearing a leather glove on his hand. He scooted closer and pulled me gently so that my head was rested on the side of his chest, as I continued to hug my legs. He was warm and I could hear his heart beat steadily. He was so close the only thing I could smell was his scent. He smelt like fresh forest air and it calmed me down.

"Don't cry, love." He whispered, patting my arm.

"Even a dashingly handsome rapscallion like me was afraid when first coming to Neverland!" He joked attempting to make me laugh, which he succeeded. He let me go and scooted over, waiting for my reaction.

I looked up from my knees to his eager face and cry-chuckled as I wiped away my tears and steadied my shaky breath.

"Look I'm not just scarred, okay?" I started.

The corners of Liam's mouth tilted up to make a small smile, his silence urging me to go on.

"I'm just some lonesome teenager, who deep down is afraid of social interaction." I chuckled, my voice sounding nasally.

"Well, from now on you won't be lonesome. From today till you hopefully leave this hellish land you'll be part of my crew...and we'll be your family." He said sweetly.

"I don't think I'll ever be used to so many people...so many strangers paying so much attention to me, let a lone caring for me." I answered.

"Well, I suppose you better get used to it then." He replied welcomingly.

I smiled back at him, resisting the urge to give him a big ass hug. I was pretty sure that was just about the nicest thing anyone's ever said to me.

I've never really had a family, or anyone for that matter. But some random guy offered me a chance at one, even if we just met.

"So, what say you to that?" He asked pulling me out of thought.

"Uh. Okay I guess. Just, you know. Some explanations would be nice." I answered, still itching to get some God dammed answers.

"Right, right. Hm, where to start?" He mumbled to himself, picking up his thoughts.

Then he excitedly began to babel words far to quickly for my slow ass brain to comprehend.

"Well... for starters, Neverland has magic users. The magic is very limited and runs on sun and there's three different types. There's the sanadors or healers, the ofanzivnos or attackers and the atzelaria or defenders."

"They each have different types of magic and there are even magic users in my crew-"

"Liam." I tried to cut him off but he continued to talk in a rather impressive speed.

"Oh, there's also creatures, a whole lot of magnificent creatures-"

"Liam!" I finally got his attention.

"Magic is really awesome and all, but I kind of wanted to start with the easier stuff. Like; are we even on Earth anymore?" I asked.

He shook his head, no and paused for a moment.

"There's no way off this island, I've searched practically my whole life." his voice cracked as if it were painful for him to say it.

"Do you know how you got here?" I asked softly, realizing I might've hit a nerve.
