i could give you one hundred and one reasons why i was late for class.
but i'll just give you one.
you see, i don't come from the nicest home.
not at all.
my dad hates me. he really, really, really does.
my mom doesn't care. she's an alcoholic.
the bitch.
my father kept me up all night, beating me like a punching bag.
i deserve it, don't i?
he beat me for hours, all night. i got no sleep.
i don't need it.
he finally let me go this morning, only for me to go to another hell: school.
school is normally a dream. it's where i can go to get lost in plays and musicals.
and where i can go to see max.
