It's been two months since Y/N and Astor's meeting that made me jealous and I was going to make him pay. You see the Aphrodite cabin puts together these dances and I'm going to ask Y/n before Astor can. I know y/n and I are dating but that still means Astor could go with her. I walk out of the Hades cabin and make my way to the Artemis cabin. I see a lot of demigods on my way there. Percy teaching Aqua the limits of her powers. Drew and Piper are arguing about decorations. Demigods are in the sword arena 'ardently' hurting each other. A normal day at camp. I find myself in front of the Artemis cabin before I know it. I was about to knock the door opens. I see y/n wearing this:

"Hey," She says as she closes the door. "Hey, do you want to go with me to the dance?" she looks at me. "I was waiting till you would ask me. The dance is tonight." "Is that a yes or a no" "That's a yes, Sherlock." I chuckle at her nickname choice. We walk to the Lake without saying anything. Just complete silence. I don't know if it was awkward or comfortable silence.
"y/n!" says a male voice. We both turn around and see the one and only super annoying Astor. I can sense a little hatred coming from y/n towards Astor. "What do you want? And before you ask for me to go to the dance with you, it's a no," She says. Gods that girl sometimes. Astor is wearing a camp shirt with dark blue jeans. His chocolate brown hair messy. "I wasn't going to ask that. Anyways I was thinking about getting something for Aqua the problem is I don't know what. Any ideas?" I was surprised but at the same time glad that Astor has gotten over y/n, hopefully. "Try something simple, like a ring or necklace. I have realized that Aqua isn't the big and flashy type" y/n says. It's a smart idea. "Thanks!" He yells as he runs the other direction. Y/n and I walk over to where Percy and Aqua are practicing their powers.
"Hey, y/n," Aqua says as she hugs her. Percy and I hug. In case you're getting the wrong idea a manly bro hug. "Hey, so you are you taking to the dance?" y/n asks. "y/n, your Aphriotde is showing," Percy says. "But I'm taking Annabeth." we all sit down on the grass. "No surprise there," I say. "Astor is taking me," Aqua doesn't make eye contact with any of us. "Nico and I are going together,' y/n says. It's silent for a little.
"Hey, y/n, can you control water?" Percy asks. You can always count on Percy to ask random questions. "I have the powers of everyone here. Even the minor gods children I have the power of. That's one of the benefits of being a child of Artemis." She says still looking at the little bit of grass in her hand. Gods did she look amazing, the sun was setting right behind her making her look as if she was glowing. "Good, because I bet you're not as powerful as I am with that power," Says Percy. Does that kid have a death wish? Y/n smirked at him and before you knew it Percy was underwater. "Dang girl, you're fast." Says Aqua with wide eyes. "I've had practice." She says. Before you knew it y/n was coved head to toe with water. "Oh, it's on Jackson," She says before she jumps into the lake.
A few minutes later y/n comes up with Percy. "He surrendered," y/n says as she sits next to me.
"Y/n, Aqua!" yells a female voice. "What is it Pips?" Aqua asks. "It's almost time for the dance. Annabeth is at the Aphrodite cabin already," She says as she grabs y/n's and Aqua's arms and drags them to her cabin.
