Chapter Twelve:
Ugh! School....
School... what a fucking drag. Well I guess all good things must come to an end, right? Junior year English class had to be the most boring class in the world! Especially when you have to sit there and listen to the same boring ass garbage you have to hear every new semester
"Turn your work in on time! Don't be tardy! The Syllabus is your best friend! Do not fight in class. No chewing gum, no food no blah blah blah!" After that I pretty much just started dozing off while listening to my iPod. Tuesday January 6th, 2009... woo happy New Year! Yes that was heavy sarcasm, if you caught on, kudos for you kids.
"Miss. Amora, would you like to share to the class what you're writing?" I looked up to the old man and gave him a nonchalant look.
"I'm not writing anything, Mr. Evanson." Dumb old fool...
"Then what do you call this?" He said as he pointed to my notebook. I looked down and stared curiously as I saw a letter written to Laura.
"Oh, I didn't realize I was writing anything." I said as I hurriedly closed the notebook. The class was now staring at me, god damn nosey shits.
"Don't disrespect me. Hand over the notebook." He demanded. I just sat there laughing as I looked past him.
"Not a chance there, buddy." Woops... the vein in the man's head was popping out now. Next thing I knew he was back at his desk, writing me up. 'Way to go idiot.' Oh shut up. 'Now we're going to the principal's office. Congratulations.' Jesus...
"Come here and bring your stuff." I rolled my eyes as I stood up and walked up to him. He handed me the referral slip and off I went.
As I was walking down the hall I was graced by the appearance of Kayla McCauley.... Fanfuckingtastic.
"Why, good morning, McCauley." I said sweetly. She turned to face me and glared, which of course made me smirk in approval.
"What do you want, Amora." She sneered at me. I laughed as I walked closer to her. She took what looked to be a pre-calc book out of her locker then shut it, turning towards me.
"Why me? Want something? Why I would never want anything from you." I smiled sweetly. She clicked her tongue on the roof of her mouth then glared.
"Cut the act, Jenna." I giggled at that. How 1930's of her.
"Ok? Shouldn't you be like, at some gymnastics tournament or something? Maybe sucking your brother off?" Her eyes went from annoyed to panic.
"What... are you talking about?" She asked worriedly. When I saw the nark turn the corner I smiled at her.
"Nothing, but maybe next time, you shouldn't spread rumors about someone, when you have a mighty nasty one yourself. Toodles!" With that finished I walked passed her and headed towards the nark.
"Hall pass?" She asked like a robot. I rolled my eyes as I looked down at her. I handed her the referral. "Alright, stop lollygagging and go to the office." I saluted her and took the referral back.
When I reached the office I started to laugh when I saw Aaron sitting in the chair next to the same office I was headed to.
"What are you in for?" I asked as I plopped down next to her.
"Oh hey! Man, since when did sleeping become a crime?" I laughed at her as I looked at her referral slip. *Was caught sleeping and drooling in class.*
"Oh wow, drooling is a crime!" She punched me lightly on the leg.
"Oh pshaw! I wasn't drooling! Mr. Gabes is a liar! Anyway, how are you? I haven't seen you since the night at the pizza place. You went off with that Cardoza girl didn't you?" She asked. Speak of the devil, Laura walked in the office carrying a stack of papers with her. I smiled brightly as I leaned back in the chair.
