Thunk. "Nooo." Alexander looked up from his laptop upon hearing his son's voice. Was that an overdramatic yell or did something happen to Phillip and Frances?
"Phillip, Frances, are you okay?" He called from his office.
"Yep!" Phillip called back happily.
"Frances?"
"I'm okay, Daddy," his daughter called.
"What was that noise?"
"Papa dropped something."
"Okay."
Alex looked back at his laptop and tried to focus on what he was writing.
"Ahh," Frances squealed.
Alex decided to investigate what was happening in the living room.
When he came into the living room he saw his husband laying between the armrests of the two sofas holding their two children on top of him.
"What the hell are you doing?" Alex asked.
"The floor is lava," John and the two kids chorused.
Alex laughed. "Well, I better get off the floor then." He jumped onto a sofa and kissed his husband's cheek.
A/N I haven't updated in so long I feel so bad. And this is super short, oh my god. Sorry.
