Jimin: Wake up buddy.

Jimin: :/
11:50AM
Jimin: Hey you. Text me when you're up. I'm worried.
I wiped my arm against my head; sweat had pooled around my forehead and was now wetting my hand.
I checked the time: 1:25PM. With a painful groan, I sat myself up. I knew instantly that I was not at home.
The room immediately began spinning, the walls rippling as though they were made out of water.
"Yo. Do you know the address to where we're at?" a deep voice asked, surprising me.
I twisted my head around. I had fallen asleep on a red pull-out couch. The voice belonged to a boy; he was laying on the floor next to me talking on the phone.
I squeezed my head between my palms, hoping the pain would subside a little.
"No. I don't know." I mumbled back between sharp exhales. This was definitely the worst migraine I've had from a hangover.
As I stood up and attempted to wake up more, I realized I wasn't wearing my jacket. I had my phone, but no jacket.
"Fuck. Namjoon is going to kill me." I cursed under my breath.
"You're friends with Namjoon?" The boy with the deep voice asked. He was no longer on the phone, and was instead staring up at me curiously.
I smiled at him out of politeness, but I was in no mood to chitchat. I just wanted to get home to my bed and sleep this hangover away.
"Yeah. He's my best friend." I answered quickly.
The boy nodded once slowly, giving me an "Ah..." response. "Well, some friend he is. He took off with some girls and left you here."
I stared at the boy unsure of what he meant, "Wait, you mean he's gone?" I asked.
"Yup." The boy giggled back. "Saw him leave with two pretty girls. Didn't recognize them but I know who Namjoon is. Everyone does around here."
My stomach sunk, and I let myself fall back onto the couch. Namjoon and Rylynn were my only way of getting home.
My despair must have been clear as day, because the boy was now sitting next to me with a hand on my shoulder.
"Hey, I'm Jin." He whispered lightly. "I can help you get home if you want. I just called a cab."
"Jungkook." I said back after a momentary pause. The boy seemed innocent enough, and he had a very warm smile with plump lips. "Thanks man. I could really use it."
"Don't worry, my friends left me too," he added, the same old grin plastered against his face. "I take it you live on campus?"
"Yeah, how did you know?" I asked.
"I've seen you around. Never spoke to you, though." He giggled. "Well, I guess we're talking now. So... yeah." Jin was incredibly awkward. It was nice, though.
"Nice to meet you, finally. I guess." I laughed back gently. "Why didn't you say hi?"
Jin released his grip from my shoulder and leaned back into the couch. "I dunno. People don't exactly always have the best reactions to me. They think I'm annoying." He said happily, but deep down I could feel that he wasn't at all happy to admit that.
