Chapter Seven
Alice’s POV
After the boys and I finished taking pictures with the fans, we went back to my house. I’m currently in the kitchen making dinner with my aunt Maggie.
“So, have you made up your mind yet,” Aunt Maggie asked me.
“Um. Yeah, I have,” I said, smiling at her. “I’ve decided to go on tour with them.”
“Oh, honey! That’s wonderful,” she exclaimed.
I was shocked. “Y-You’re not upset? Mad? Hurt,” I asked my aunt.
She looked at me and smiled. “Sweetheart, no. Yes, I’m a little sad. But, I’m happy that you decided to go with the boys. Every single time that Alex would visit and leave, you’d lock yourself in your room for hours, upon hours. You’d sit in there and cry, and I would always call your mom and explain to her what happened. Honey, this tour will do you good. I promise. You have Alex with you. He’s your twin brother. You know that he’ll never leave your side. And you know that you can always go home to your mom or to me and your uncle.”
I looked at my feet and shrugged my shoulders. “I know. I just don’t want to get hate from the fans. Austin has a lot of fans. I see what they say on Twitter, Instagram, and any other social media site. I have so much hate here in L.A. I’m just scared to get more hate. And there’s another thing. It’s just- I only agreed to the tour for Alex. If I met Austin and he asked me to go on tour with him, I’d say no. Alex is the only reason I’m going on the tour. I want to make him happy. Whenever Alex and I would talk on the phone or FaceTime, he’d always cry. He’d always talk about how much he misses me, and what the tour is like. I feel like once I’m on the tour everyone will forget about me,” I said.
My aunt started to speak. “Psh. Forget the haters, Alice. They’re just jealous that you get to be with the four boys, traveling the country with them. No one is going to forget about you while you guys are on tour. You’ll be the only girl there, everyone will have eyes for you.” My aunt winked at me. “Except Alex, that’s just gross. He’ll just be fighting off the boys instead.” I laughed and so did my aunt. “Alice Rian, you are going to have the time of your life on tour with Austin, Alex, Zach, and Robert. You don’t need to worry about a thing.”
Alex’s POV
All the guys were complaining about being hungry, so I decided to go in the kitchen and see what was taking so long. I peeked my head around the corner and saw that Aunt Maggie and Alice were just sitting at the table talking to each other. I couldn’t help but eavesdrop on their conversation.

Is she really going on tour with us just to make me happy?
