I was walking down a street when I came across an old DX gas station. I wanted a Pepsi so I walked inside. I didn't notice the boy behind the counter. I grabbed my Pepsi and walked up. "Fancy meetin you here." The boy said. I looked up and saw Soda. "Oh, hi Soda. I didn't know you worked here." I told him smiling. "Yea me and Steve work here together, he's in the garage if you wanna see him." Soda tells me smirking. "Yea yea whatever." I walk to the back and into the garage. "Damn engine." Steve says kicking the bumper of the car. "Have you tried putting the carburetor back on." I said walking over to the car and screwed the carburetor back on top. He stared at me for a long time. "I didn't think girls knew how to fix up cars." He grinned. "Yea, my dad was an engineer." I told him smiling. "Do you want a job here, at the DX?" He asked me smiling. "I love working on cars, of course i'll work here." I said getting excited. "Great you can start tomorrow." He smiled at me. "Okay." I told him smiling back. "Oh and be ready at 7:00." He grinned at me. "I will." I said turning around and walking out. "Wait a second." I turned around, and tossed the wrench at him. He caught it and grinned. Then I left to go find Becca and Sadie.
