~Flashback~
I was about nine years old, camping with kids between the ages of 8-10. We were having a great time, learning from survival things I would never have thought to ever come in handy.
We were about to play another game. And who ever one this one got a prize. Me and a group of about 12 kids stood at the edge of the woods. Our camping leader Mike Smith and our co-leader Jay Smith, his son, stood near us explaining the rules. "Okay, Jay here will go off into the woods. Once you hear his call you will then go off into the woods to find him. When someone finds him you will hear a bell go off, once so you will all come back here and the winner will get the prize. Jay will give off a call every 30 seconds. Don't go too far into the woods." Mike warned that last part to everyone especially Jay.
Jay just rolled his eyes. He looked to be about the age of 20. Mike nodded to him and Jay went running off into the woods.
All of us kids waited patiently for the call. Soon, after about 5 long boring minutes, we hear the call, we all ran as fast as we could into the woods until we came upon a clearing. We wait again to hear the call.
The call sounded again and it echoed off the trees. The kids ran quickly through the forest in a random direction. I stood there and waited for the call again. As soon as it came I carefully listened to the direction it came to make sure I wasn't going the wrong way. I ran off into a completely different way than all the kids.
I smiled I was going to win this somehow.
After about five minutes of running through the woods with only the sounds of nature around me adn the call I was about to give up when I saw him there. Jay stood leaning against a tree smiling. He called out again and I smirked. I won.
I ran forwards and takled him. He was like an older brother to me. "I won!" I screamed as we fell to the ground. But as I looked down I screamed. He was one of those things. He had dried up blood all over him, his black hair instead of being spiked uo in the back and covering his left eye it was messed up and torn out at places. His green eyes we now a very pale color and looked blind. His skin was missing chunks and his jaw was broken and look to be in a uncomfortable position. His clothes were also tattered and ripped. I screamed as he went to bite my arm.
Wait, that never happened? He only laughed and ended the game and congratulated me. What the hell was that?
~End of Flashback~
I shook my head and put my thoughts back to the present. That was wrong, that never happened. He wasn't one of those. He could never be one, could he? No!!! Don't think about that!!!
I stopped at the beginning of a clearing with Abby right by my side. A shocked exprestion was on my face and something inside me almost snapped. There was Jay Smith. Lying on the ground with a bloody wound on his arm and a gun in his hand. Two of those things were in front of him and another body was lying a few feet away. It was as limp as a ragdoll.
That body was Mike Smith his father. Oh my God what has happened?

*Ok guys so just to get one thing straight, I never went to a camp. The closes thing to a camp I have every gone to was Shooting Camp and that was only about five hours long and we just learned how to shoot different guns and some hunting things.
And I never knew anyone named Mike or Jay Smith I'll be making up lots of fake people for this.
So ta ta my friends who I've never met! Or may have... but who cares? NOT THIS GAL!!!!
