We were all sat around the small table at the bar, the night before Halloween, for what was meant to be a small gathering of friends; Although the music was just heard, the voices were over powering to the point where the four of us; Sam, Jess, I and Brady, were having too yell to hear each other.

Our night didn't last long, like planned by Jessica and Brady, Sam and I had tapped out around eleven due to all the noise and banter happening around.

Sam was the first to leave, wishing Jess and the rest of us to be safe before giving Jess an other kiss on the cheek, making my hurl a little in my mouth, before making his way out the door.

I wasn't one for PDA, never have been. So it wasn't just the jealous human from with in, or maybe it was and you'll never know.

It wasn't long after that, that I made my way through the same doors Sam had passed through moments ago.

I woke the next morning to a quiet apartment, which I still hadn't gotten use to, as I laid in the comfort of my double bed a contemplated on whether to get up yet or not. Deciding on not, I rolled over tucking my shoulder length hair under my neck so that it was all to one side and closed my eyes again dozing back to sleep.

After another two hours or so of sleep, I finally rolled myself out of the comforts of my bed to make my way to the bathroom to change into something a little more suitable for my normal morning routine than panties and a tank top. My second stop after the bathroom was to the kitchen for coffee and to check e-mails.

As I flicked the jug on I set up my favorite mug out of the hundreds that I had collected over the years, this one, my absolute favorite had a little fox on the side of it with writing quoting "for fox sake"- and made my way to where the laptop was stationed trying to boot it up before the jug boiled. Slowly the laptop brought up its home screen allowing me to kick on the already open tab which contained the e-mail webpage, hitting refresh I made my way back over the jug making my coffee blonde with a pair, as my mother would have called it.

Walking back over to the laptop, I tucked myself up in the little wooden chair at the table scrolling through my e-mails, when one caught my eye
