My eyes shoot open with sweat falling down the side of my face. I look around trying to figure out where I am. A sigh of relief escapes my lips. I turn to check the time which is 7:50am. School starts at 8am. I quickly get out of bed and get ready as fast as possible. I make my way toward the kitchen and see my aunt and uncle stumbling across the kitchen trying to get things and go to work. I giggle and tell them I'm leaving.
I get to school at 8:15am.
Great.
I walk into my class and everyone looks in my direction.
"Mae why are you late?"
My teacher asks.
"Sorry, my alarm didn't go off"
I said.
He rolls his eyes and gestures me to go to my seat and I quickly head to my seat as he continues the lesson. I lie my head down on the desk thinking about my dream.
Aish why am I still dreaming of him.
Little did I know that there was someone staring at me.
