Mae and Taehyung use to live on a farm. They use to be best friends and would sing everyday at 4:00. He suddenly leaves without notice. Years later she moves to the city with her cousin. What happens when they go to the same school?
I let out a groan as I feel something heavy fall on me. I open my eyes and I see black hair.
"Ah good morning~" He yells in my ear.
"Get off of me you whale." I try pushing him off and successfully made him fall of my bed. I flip to the other side and try going back to sleep. He rips the blanket off my body but I stay there unfazed. The sound of his footsteps get farther and then there was silence so I thought he left. I suddenly feel my body being lifted from my bed. I didn't have the energy to refuse so I let him carry me as I let my limbs hang. I hear the door open to the backyard, but before I could open my eyes I am engulfed in water. I quickly rise to the surface, trying to catch my breath. He laughs so hard that he falls on the floor breathless. I try to scream his name, but I couldn't. He pretends to wipes tears as I get out of the pool. I run up to my room to get ready with Jimin chasing after me. I slam the door on him before he could reach and I get ready to head off to school before Jimin realizes I'm gone. Jimin luckily made it to school on time, but I'm just going to ignore him for the rest of the day. The bell rings which means it's lunch time.
"Mae!" I hear Jimin yell, but I pretend to not hear. "Mae!" I ignore him again. Suddenly his hand turns me around to face him. "Didn't you hear me Mae? Whatever do you want to sit with the boys and me at lunch?" My face didn't show any kind of emotions and he seems to be waiting for a response from me. I turn around to walk away, but I collide with someone.
"Sorry I didn't-" I realize it was Taehyung and immediately smiled. He smiles back.
"I've been looking for you. Do you want to sit with the boys and me?" I smirk.
"I'd love to." I look back at Jimin who had his mouth wide open. I take Taehyung's hand.
"Let's go." He looks at our hands with shock clearly shown on his face, but I quickly drag him to the table before he could say anything. We got to the table and I let go of his hand. My hand felt cold once I let go.
"S-sorry I was just doing that because of Jimin." I stuttered. He chuckles.
"You gotta tell me about it." I smile and I tell him everything as we wait in the lunch line. We make it back to the table where everyone is already there.
"Mae! Are you still mad at me for this morning?" Jimin abruptly stands up as soon as he see me. I don't say anything.
"Woah what happened between the cousins?" I lean over and whisper what happened into Jin's ear. He stands up and bangs his hand on the table. "How dare you do that to my child!" The students in the cafeteria look at us with a weird expression. "Calm down and tell us what happened." Yoongi nonchalantly says. Jin scoffs and pulls me close to him, while stroking my hair like a cat.
"This monster here-" He points at Jimin. "- dropped my child in a pool. Just look at her hair! It damp and messy! She could have gotten sick!" They all look at Jimin who smiles nervously and back at Jin. They all shake their heads.
"You're so dramatic Jin and Jimin you're an idiot." Yoongi states. I whisper to Taehyung before leaving. A smirk spread across my face as my back turns towards them.
Jimin POV I see Mae whispers something in Taehyung's ear and leaves after. Taehyung turns around and smirks.
"She said to watch your back." The others ooh while I gulp knowing what's she capable of. The rest of the day, I've been anticipating what's she's going to do. Every time I see her I start sweating bullets. After I finish dance club I go to the music room to get Mae. She's still not talking to me and it's freaking me out. This silence is killing me. I glance at her, but she's looking forward. We made it home and she goes straight to her room. I decide to take a shower. Since my bathroom is connected to my room, I leave my clothes on the bed. After I finish, I walk back to my bed to put my clothes on. I go to grab my underwear, but I see a butterfly in it. I shriek and run out the room not caring that I only have a towel.
Mae POV When Jimin was in the shower I went into his room. I know he always leaves his clothes on the bed and that he's afraid of butterflies. So I put a butterfly in his underwear. I quietly make my way back to my room and wait. A few minutes later I hear him scream and quickly get up to see him running down the hall in the towel. Luckily I was videoing it, but as he was running, his towel slowly starts falling down, but his back was facing me. He quickly tries to wrap it around him, but ends up just covering his crotch with the towel because he saw the butterfly flying toward him. I laugh so hard I fall on the ground. He trips and starts scooting backwards until he hit a wall.
"M-Mae get that monster out of here!" He shrieked. I grab a net and capture it. He sighs in relief as I burst out laughing and start crying. I wipes my tears and look at Jimin who is sitting with a towel covering his legs and a red face.
"Keep this in mind next time you wake me up." He vigorously nods. I throw his clothes at him. "Also I recorded this whole thing. You running from a butterflies with your butt showing." His face starts to become even more red.
"I won't do it again." He says while lowering his head. I pat his head.
"Good now go to the freezer there's something in there for you."
Jimin POV I put on my clothes and go towards the freezer. I hesitantly open it. My eye instantly lit up as soon as I see mochi. I giggle because the it's black sesame mochi which is black, so it matches my hair color.
