I wake up to the sound of car doors closing. I know Jimin didn't go out because it's too early for him to wake up. My aunt and uncle came back from their business trip. I excitedly run towards Jimin's room and jump on his bed, trying to wake him up.

"Get up your parents are home!"
He immediately gets up and run towards the door.

"Mommy! Daddy!"
He runs to them with his arms out.

"Aunty! Uncle!"

"Didn't think you guys would miss us this much."
Uncle chuckled.

"That's because we are love you!"

"You two should be in bed its 6 in the morning!"
Aunty say, looking at her watch.

"I was asleep til I heard you guys close the doors."

"I was asleep til she jumped on my bed."
He glares at me but I smile.

"Enough talk helps us bring our luggage in."
We nod and bring in their stuff.

"How was the trip?"
I ask.

"Alright, now we have an interview with Jay park. I don't know if we have models for the photoshoot though."
Uncle rubs his temples. I frown, not liking them being stressed.
It seems stressful owning a magazine company. Not just any company, but the Park company. Sure they get a lot of money, but they don't like to brag about. That's why we live in a normal house and no one knows that Jimin is the son of the CEO.
I look at the time and 7:15am. I tug Jimin's sleeve signaling that we need to get ready. We put on our uniform and head downstairs.

"We're leaving. Get some rest. Well be home later."
We head to school.

"Remember what the deal was?"

"Yes, I befriend Jennie somehow and figure out if she likes you."
I roll my eyes. He smiles and hugs me.

"Thank you Mae Mae~"
He does his best aegyo.

"Yah get off of me people are staring."
He smirks. He wraps one arm around me and starts yelling.

"THIS IS MY COUSIN! RIGHT HERE! LEE MAE IS THE BEST COUSIN IN THE WORLD."
I push him off me and walk off without him. He walks behind me yelling to everyone that I'm his cousin. He even says my name and points at me. I turn around and glare at him.

"Can you not?
I start to hear whispers from girls.

"They're cousins?"

"I thought they were dating."

"Thank God they're not."

"Wait wasn't she at the party drinking with suga?"
I roll my eyes and head to class.

"Aye twin one!"
Namjoon waves at me. I
sit next to Jungkook since he had an open seat next to him.

"So how do you feel with everyone knowing you and Jimin are cousins?"
I shrug.

"So what if they know we're cousins."
They chuckle.

"You're not afraid of what the girls will do?"
I shake my head.

"Dang strong girl. You shouldn't have underestimated her Yoongi."
I smirk. He rolls his eyes.

"Whatever. I let you win."
Yoongi says.

"Sore loser."
Jin scoffs.
Class ends and I make my way towards the cafeteria.

"Watch my stuff. I need to use the restroom."
I tell Taehyung and he nods.
After I finish doing my thing I wash my hands and fix my hair.

"Oh aren't you Jimin's cousin?"
One of the girls in the restroom ask. I nod.

"Omg what is he like? What does he do? Do you spend a lot of time with him?"
I feel flustered because people don't usually talk to me. They corner me so I couldn't escape. I don't like being in small spaces so my breathing wasn't normal. I hear the door open, thinking it's another girl coming to question me. My vision starts to get blurry and my knees get weak.

"Yah! Leave her alone!"
Before I could see who it was I black out.
I open my eyes and see that I'm no longer in the bathroom.

"Oh you're awake thank goodness."
My eyes start to adjust to the surroundings. I see Jennie sitting next to me.

"How long was I out?"
I ask.

"Not too long maybe half an hour. Oh I forgot. My name is Jennie."
She holds her hand out and I shake it.

"Mae. Also thanks for saving me."

"No problem. That's what friends are for."

"We're friends?"

"We are now."
This doesn't seem real.
She smiles and I smile back. She giggles.
"You act like you've never had a friend."
My smile somewhat fades.

"I've never had a girl as a friend. None of the girls really liked me."
She frowns.

"You're a really nice girl. I've seen you around but since your younger than me I don't get to interact with you. It's an honor to be your first girl friend."
I smile.

"You should probably go to class. I have to stay here and rest and I don't want you to get in trouble."

"Nah I'd rather stay here and keep you company."

"Alright but it's not my fault if you get in trouble."
We laugh and start talking about other things.
The bell rings, meaning it's the end of the day. We say our goodbyes and part ways. I head to the music room and wait for Jimin. As soon as I walk in I see Taehyung.

"Where did you go at lunch? I waited for you but you didn't come back."
He holds my shoulders.

"I fainted but Jennie helped me."
His eyes widen.

"What happen? Are you ok?"

"I'm fine. I'm here aren't I?"
He flicks my forehead.

"Pabo don't make me worry like that."
I check my phone to see what time it is. My eyes lit up.

"Tae it's 4 o'clock!"
He gives a soft smile.

"What do you want to sing?"
I smile remembering those days.

"Hug me!"
He nods and starts singing.

I giggle.

"What's so funny?"

"I wanted you to hug me not sing the song."
All he says was oh. I playfully hit his arm.

"I was kidding. Don't take it so seriously."
He smirks.

"I should've said the same thing to you when I asked you about my shirt."
I blush remembering that.

"S-shut up."
He starts leaning in closer smirking.

"You know you haven't been calling me oppa like I said to. Maybe I should teach you some manners."
He pins me to the wall, leaning close to my face.

"I-I don't think friends do this."
I stutter. His smirk fades and he backs off a bit, but still holding my hands. He looks hurt and lets my arms go.

"You're right. 'Friends' don't do that. I umm I gotta go."
I grab his arm before he left.

"What's wrong?"

"It's nothing you have to worry about Mae. I'm tired and I want to go home."
He doesn't look at me in the eye. I let him go.

Taehyung POV
I balled my fist, feeling the urge to punch something. I ruffle my hair out of anger.
Why did I ever think she'd like me?! Aish I need to forget these feelings.
