Set Us Up (PC)(DHMIS)(old)

Once again human AU. I don't know why, but I feel more comfortable writing them as humans.

"Okay, so i heard that Tony and Shrignold are trying to set us up on a date." Sketch told her long-time girlfriend, Sparsh.
"Seriously?" She asked, smirking.
"Yeah, I overheard them talking about it."
"Well, they'll be in for a surprise when we tell them that we're dating." She laughed. Little did she know is that Sketch was actually going to propose to her tonight. She didn't tell anyone other than Sparsh's parents, who knew about the girls' relationship. They were over the moon about it.

The restaurant was completely empty, other than Sketch, Sparsh, and all of their friends. Fred and Steve were cooking the dinner, and the rest had set it all up.
"We have an announcement to make everyone!" Sketch called out, Sparsh standing beside her, smiling. Everyone was sat at the tables in front of them.
"Sketch and I have actually been dating for five years in secret." Everyone's jaws dropped, other than Fred and Steve's.
"And I actually need to do something, too." Sketch turned to face Sparsh, and the girl had a confused face.
"Sparsh, you make me the happiest woman alive, and would you make me even happier..." she held her hand, got down on one knee, and pulled out the box. She opened it, a beautiful diamond ring that had to be very expensive on the inside. Sparsh covered her mouth, tears forming in her eyes.
"By marrying me?" Sketch asked nervously.
"Yes, of course!" Sparsh exclaimed, and Sketch stood up and kissed her, a huge smile on her face, crying tears of joy. Everyone was clapping, and Sparsh's parents were crying now. Oh, now everyone's crying.
Sketch slid the ring onto Sparsh's finger, and it fit perfectly. She kissed her again, wrapping her arms around her waist and Sparsh wrapping her arms around Sketch's neck.

Best set-up date ever.
