Matt looked down at his sleeves, still wishing he could see color. You see, once you meet your soulmate, you see color for the first time, and you're able to write on your body and it'll show up on theirs too, same way around. He sighed, laying his arm back on the armrest on the couch. Tom and Tord already met their soulmates, well, they are soulmates. He was only slightly jealous, because he had himself. But he would still love to meet his soulmate.

"Matt, guess what!" Tom exclaimed as he ran into the room, his taller boyfriend behind him.
"What?" Matt asked, looking away from the mirror in front of him.
"We have a new neighbor!" Tord said, grinning.
"Oh, really?" He smiled, wondering who this neighbor was. He hoped they are handsome or pretty, just like himself.
"Yeah! We have no idea what he looks like, but his name is Edd." Tom replied.
"Nice." Matt said, looking back at the mirror, and he heard the two males leave the room. He suddenly had a funny feeling on his arm.
"The hell?.." He trailed off, pulling his sleeve up, and he gasped. There was writing on his arm.
'Hello?' The writing said. Matt quickly fetched a purple pen, but of course he didn't know.
'Hello~' He replied.
'Oh my god, I didn't know you would reply!' Matt smiled slightly, and wrote back.
'Well, I did. What's your name? Mine's Matt.'
'Edd, nice you meet you, soulmate :)' Matt stopped. Didn't Tom and Tord say their new neighbor's name was Edd?
'Wait, Edd? I'm getting a new neighbor named Edd.' He wrote.
'I'm actually moving to a new place, I'm just unpacking. Is it a coincidence?'
'I think not! Run outside, we might live near each other.' The other didn't answer, but he heard a door slam from outside.
"Matt?" A voice called from outside. Matt jumped up from his seat, opening his window.
"Edd!" Matt exclaimed. There was a male across the street. They locked eyes, and color finally came to their world. Edd's eyes were a chocolate brown, and so was his hair. He had to be at least three or four inches taller than Matt, and he was wearing a green hoodie.
"Matt!" Before running across the street, Edd looked for cars than ran. Matt quite literally jumped down the stairs and opened the door wide. He broke into a sprint and hugged Edd tightly once they got to each other.
"Oh my god, this might actually be the best day of my life." Edd said, tearing up a little. Matt had to admit, he was too.
"Yeah! We need to get to know each other before we get into anything serious, so wanna go to the park and drink Cola?" Matt asked, and Edd's eyes went wide.
"We just met and you already know me so well." He smiled, and his smile lit up Matt's world.
