Chapter 14

We pulled up to the house and it was about forty cars out front. This bitch had her own parking spot, so we were right by the door. We walk in the house and it’s in full swing, before we could get in the door good Red ran up to Nikki and snatched her up hugging her.
“You’re here finally.” He said putting her back on her feet.
“Did you miss me?” She asked Red winking at me. She then wrapped her arms around him and gave him a kiss. I looked around the room and these bitches were mugging the hell out of Nikki. I laughed to myself. If that’s how they want it, here it is. I walked further into the room looking for my target. He was standing by the bar with his back facing me talking to some other niggas. I walked over to them and tapped him on the shoulder. He turned around and gave me that signature smirk. Boom walked up and hugged me like he didn’t just see me a couple hours ago. But I hugged him back noticing some of the attention had shifted from Nikki to me.
“What a girl need to do to get a drink around her?” I asked Royal winking at Boom.
“All you need to do is tell the man what you want.” He said calling the bartender over.
“Quick response I like that.” I tell him standing there waiting on my drink.
“You got a lot of attention on you right now, am I gonna have to bust a bitch in the mouth because I’m standing here talking to you?” I asked with a raised brow.
“I don’t belong to nobody ma. If a bitch get stupid wit you handle yo shit, she’s not my woman.” He told me. I just shook my head. I turned around to see Nikki and Red playing the part. Making these green bitches even madder. But they were trying to figure out who the new bitch is. I walked over to Nikki and snatched her away from Red, and we headed back to the bar with him right on our heels.
“Red I understand why you’re running from these chicks. Who do they belong to?” I asked laughing looking around the room.
“They’re the neighborhood yamps, they belong to everybody and nobody at the same time.” Boom laughed while Red looked towards a group of girls and shivered like he was disgusted.
“Basically, they’re groupies. We grew up with a lot of them, they think if anybody’s gonna be with any of us it should be one of them. The rest are their friends. Usually this is when the guys chill, most don’t bring their real women. Unwind time, you know.” Royal said to me looking around the room at everybody having a good time except a select few. These ducks were just itching to find out who I was. My song came on so I decided to give them a show. Trey Songz slow motion was playing, I grabbed Royal by his belt buckle and passed Nikki my drink while walking pass them. When we got on the dance floor Royal got behind me and I started slow grinding on him. He had his hands on my waist pressing his dick against my ass while I was dancing. I leaned back into him and we just moved to the beat enjoying the song. When it went off I motioned for Nikki to come with me. I asked Royal to excuse me and I started walking towards the rest room. Nikki caught up with me and told me the vultures were circling, meaning they’re following us. Here we go, the fun begins. We go in the rest room and handle our business when we come out just as expected, they were waiting for us.
“Who’s your friend Nikki?” The ring leader I guess asked.
“Oh, this my niece Jade. Jade this is Tammie.” Nikki introduced us.
“Hi.” I said being overly friendly.
“Why were you dancing with Royal?” She asked me. Straight to it huh? Ok, let’s go.
“Because I can, why do you care who I dance with?” I asked her smiling. I guess she thought that question was going to intimidate me. Girl boo.
“Just wanted to know who’s the bitch I’m gonna have to check. I know you not from around here, I can tell. So, let me fill you in on how things work. You are not a part of what’s going on, you don’t just come in here thinking you run shit. You get a courtesy because you with Nikki, but don’t let that get you in trouble. We been here for years, you been here for a hot second. These niggas belong to us, always have and always will. You stepping on somebody’s toes, and trust when I say you don’t wanna take it there.” She said smiling like somebody cared about the shit she was talking about. I looked at Nikki and she looked at me, then we both started cracking the fuck up. We walked away doing just that. These basic bitches, that little speech just made me laugh even harder. I’m about to fuck they night up I thought laughing to myself.
“Hey Nikki, I need some air. I’m going on the deck for a second.” I tell her.
“You cool, you wanna leave?” She asked me. I looked at her and laughed.
“Them bitches could never get me off my square boo. Really I need some air so I don’t tear up yo brothers shit.” I tell her walking away. All I hear is her laughing.
“He won’t care, he hates them thirsty hoes. He would enjoy the show then kick they asses out.” She yelled at my back. I just laughed and went outside. Once I got out there I just enjoyed the fresh air, it was a little chilly but still nice out. I sat on one of the chairs and leaned back resting my head on the cushion. Just as I started relaxing someone grabbed my shoulders.
