Chapter 22

“Raheem.” I called his name up the stairs.
“Yea, ma.” He responds.
“Bring me my nephew, nigga.” Jazzy yelled at him.
“Who you talking to nigga, Jazzy I’ma whoop yo ass before the nights over. I’m telling you.” He said to her from the top of the stairs. Then he turned to Kaden.
“You sure you want to go down there, we can go out the back door lil dude.” He told him.
“No daddy, I wanna meet my sisters and aunties.” He told Roc dancing in the spot he was standing in he was so excited. We’re all standing here waiting for Roc to come down the stairs with my baby. When they stepped down the last step I watched Kaden to see what he was going to do, and who he would go to first. I already knew but I wanted to see for myself. He looked around the room until his eyes landed on them. He has such a crush on his sisters, it’s so cute. He whispered something in Rocs ear and Roc nodded to him. He looked at Nikki and Roc walked over towards her. You could see the tears in her eyes while she stared at him.
“Mommy told me you are my real mommy’s sister. And you are my auntie Nikki.” He said to her, she just nodded her head. He asked Roc to put him down and he climbed on the couch where she was sitting and he hugged her while the tears ran down her face.
“My hugs always make mommy feel better, right mommy?” he turned asking me.
“Yes baby, they do. I’m sure your auntie Nikki feels better too.” I said looking at her.
“They do Kaden, I’m so happy to meet you. You are such a big boy to know I needed that hug. Thank you, baby. We’re going to have so much fun getting to know each other.” She said to him smiling. Just then the guys came walking in looking at what was going on and Jazz of course had to say something first.
“Why you crying Nikki, who is this little dude?” Jazz asked walking up to Jazzy and handing her the bag he had. Lucky walked up to Diamond and hugged her and Kaden mugged him.
“Oh, that’s Kaden.” Don said walking towards Mina kissing her on her cheek.
“Uncle Don, why you kissing my sister?” He asked running up on him.
“Mina is my girlfriend, and your sister. Is it ok if we share her?” He asked Kaden picking him up so he could look him in the eyes.
“But I want to have my sisters to myself first, then she can be your girlfriend later.” He told Don serious as hell, I had to hold my laugh in.
“Daddy tell uncle Don to leave my sister alone. It’s not fair, they mine.” He said to Roc getting out of Dons arms before he walked over to Jazz.
“And you leave my other auntie alone, uncle Jazz. I know who you are. Daddy tell me all about you.” Kaden tells Jazz grabbing Jazzy’s hand. He leads her over to the couch where Nikki was.
“You sit here auntie Jazzy, so he don’t get you. And I think you should call bumble bee just in case we need to leave.” He said whispering at Jazzy like she really knew bumble bee. We all crack up laughing at this little boy, he is too cute.
“Daddy they laughing at me.” Kaden looks up at Roc like he could fix it. Roc looks around the room and mugs the hell out of us.
“Don’t laugh at my son, he dead ass na’mean. He’s protective of y’all, even though he just met y’all. He knows about all of you, we made sure of it. And now that he is here he wants you girls all to his self for a minute. So, you niggas better make sure he gets his time with them or we gonna have a problem.” Roc tells all of them. Kaden then turns around to look at everybody with a smile on his face because his daddy just laid down the law for him. He then looks at Jade and Diamond and runs over to me, he tugs on my hand to get me to come down to his level.
“Mommy they are so pretty, do you think they like me?” he said looking at me. I look at him and nod my head at him. He then turns around to look at them again.
“Kaden you ready to meet your other sisters?” I ask him. He shakes his head looking at them. They walk up to him and they both kneel in front of him.
“Kaden, you don’t wanna meet us?” Jade asked him.
“Why not lil man?” Diamond asked him. My baby was so happy he just looked at them.
“You famous, you not gonna have time for me.” He said looking at them.
“Yes we will bruh, we hanging out all the time. You’ll get tired of us.” Jade told him.
“We always wanted a little brother, so you stuck with us.” Diamond told him. His little face lit up at that. He jumped on them both, hugging them as they fell on the floor. They lay on the floor laughing and tickling him.
“Hold up, so he knows who everybody is but me?” Lucky asked. The girls stop tickling him to look at Lucky pouting.
“Yeah, I know you uncle Lucky. But you can’t have my sissy either.” He said to him.
“How you know she don’t want me lil nigga?” Lucky asked him laughing.
“Because she got me now, she don’t need you no mo. I’m her favorite, right sissy?” he asked Diamond.
“Yup, that’s right K. He not nobody special.” Diamond said laughing at Lucky.
“I got your special.” Lucky said going for Diamond. Kaden jumped up and stood in front of Diamond.
“Uncle Lucky I don’t want to hurt you, but I will shoot you if you hurt my sissy.” Kaden said looking at Roc.
“With what lil nigga, you aint got no gun.” Lucky said laughing.
“But my daddy do, and he give it to me all the time. And I know how to shoot it.” He said looking at Lucky not laughing at all, still standing in front of Diamond.
“Let me find out this lil nigga a gangsta.” Lucky said laughing.
“I am, my daddy and my uncle said that.” He said smiling. Just then the door bell rung. We all looked at each other and then the girls got up and they all ran towards the door. Me and Roc stood there laughing at them.
“Mommy, where they going?” Kaden asked me.
“You’ll see in a minute.” I told him. Then we hear K’terri ass yelling.
“My bitches, I missed y’all. Twerk something.” She sang as they all stared dancing together.
“Man if y’all don’t sit y’all asses down somewhere, I’m gonna kick all y’all asses.” I hear Mir telling them.
“Man leave them alone nigga, they ain’t fucking with you.” I hear Quan’s voice. Kaden looks up at me. I nod my head and he took off running. We follow him and see him collide with Quan’s legs.
“Untle Q, you here!” He screams.
“Kaden is that you lil nigga, what you doing here?” Quan asked him.
“I live with mommy and daddy now, well I live with mommy and I got a room at daddy house for when I come here.” He said to Quan.
“Daddy?” he said looking at me and Roc.
“Yea nigga daddy.” Roc said walking up to him giving him a man hug. Then he did the same with Jamir and Prince. Then everyone else followed suit doing the same.
“Hold up, when I get a nephew?” Prince asked looking around the room at all of us.
“And why he knows Quan and not us?” Mir asked looking at me.
“You and Quan keeping secrets again Niq?” Mir asked me with a raised brow.
“It’s complicated bruh, but I promise to tell you everything later. Come here Kaden. I want you to meet mommy’s brothers.” I told him.
“But I thought untle Q was your brother.” He said looking up at Mir and Prince.
“He is, but I have more than one brother like you have more than one sister.” I told him picking him up. Trying to explain it to him, while introducing him to Mir and Prince.
“Cool, I got a big family now. My daddy and uncles are cool and my sisters and aunties are pretty” he said smiling.
“Yup, but I’m the coolest.” Prince said to him holding his fist out for dap.
“You cool, but daddy and uncle Q the coolest.” He said giving him dap.
“Did this lil nigga just play me, then dap me up?” Prince asked laughing at Kaden.
“Yeah, he did bruh. Ok, we gotta get this food going if y’all wanna eat sometime today. Then we can find out what the hell is going on around this bitch that these niggas had to come all the way down here.” Jazz said looking around the room. We all followed him towards the kitchen. The girls began taking shit out the bags that the guys brought in earlier, and the guys went out back to get the grill started. Roc stuck his head back in the door.
“You hanging with us lil dude, come on.” He said to Kaden. And just like that my baby was gone.
