My Worst Panic Attack

Once I had finally told a couple of my friends about my feelings, they did what I knew they were going to do. Telling me who to choose. Sarafina didn't like Madi at the time so of course she wanted me to go for Chris. Anna never really liked Chris so she thought I should go for Madi. I was so confused. I had no idea what to do. So I just decided to tell Madi how I felt. It was terrifying. But, when I told Madi, she just asked me "why didn't you just tell me?" "I was afraid." "You have nothing to be afraid of." That made me blush. The next day, I find out Madi is going out with someone from our German class, a boy named Julien. He was a friend of ours, but I had no idea Madi liked him like that. That day I wrote in a journal I had that I was upset Madi had chosen him over me. I thought she was going to ask me out. I decided to show her the journal. I gave it to her and then ran away out of embarrassment. That night, I told Chris I liked him. I was talking to him for a while, and it was awkward. While I was talking with him, Madi texted me. She told me she had broken up with Julien. She told me she was in love with someone else. I, being the clueless idiot I am, asked her who. She responded with one word. "You." At that exact moment that she sent that, Chris asked me to the winter dance. That is when I started freaking out.
