It was pretty impressive, she had not gone to Celestic Town because it would take weeks before it was ready. She had enough ribbons to go to the Grand Festival so she got to sight see. She had planned to go to Sunnyshore, it probably had some interesting pokemon. She had been traveling near Ash's group. Dawn was friendly with her, why ? who knows.

When she had gotten to the Pokemon Center she had noticed Paul. He seemed angry all ready and was talking about how bad Sunnyshore gym was. The blond boy was trying to get Paul to battle him but he declined. 'Hello Paul, I heard you got all eight, congratulation,' Celeste said calmly. He looked at her and nodded his greeting.

As the blond haired boy, Berry was ranting she said,'I battled with him one on one.' Ash told him about the all out battle that he had lost. As they talked a pokemon report came to say that the Grand Festival was approaching. It would be held by a lakeside resort by Lake Valor. And to make it more interesting there were seven more contest. She had currently had four, you need to have at least five so she needed to hurry up.

She was sure that their was one in Veilstone somewhere around here. She had been nearby watching Ash and Barry battle, Paul was watching too. The four trainers were caught in human sized poke balls and the pokemon were scooped up by Team Rocket. Monferno was going on a rampage due to it's Blaze ability.

Paul let out his Electabuzz to help. So it evolved, she thought. 'Protect !' he ordered. Taking out Lopunny she ordered,' Return !' The move shattered the bars and the pokemon safely got out. Monferno in his state damaged the robots leg but Ash grabbed him. As the now empty robot was about to crush Electabuzz, Monferno used Flame Wheel to help save the electric type.

'Its evolving,' Paul muttered.

Since everyone was safe and Paul was leaving she left without anyone's notice.

The good news was she found one. She used Glameow to win. How, she would not tell but she had used her pokemon's flexible ability to to gymnastics.
