As Time Goes On

Lance's P. O. V

A few days after what happened between Keith and I, Pidge and Hunk came by the castle. More like I asked Hunk to come by and make me lunch, because who wouldn't want his amazing food, and Pidge just happened to be with him so they both came.
When they came through the doors Pidge walked right past me... ouch that hurt.

Lance- "Well I guess she just get too excited by electronics and technology too say hi to her best buddy."

Hunk- "Electronics?"

Lance- "Yeah when Hyra got in to that war a lot of their stuff flew down here and I'm pretty sure Allura told Pidge about the loads of electronics that fell down here."

Hunk- "Oh... well anyways what do you want to eat. Also where's Keith I should probably make him something too since he's here as well."

Lance- "Probably in his room sulking. Ever since all that stuff fell down here he's been in his room even more than usual. I remember that when Allura was going through everything she called Keith over and handef him something. He took it and stormed up to his room, it looked like he was going to cry."

Hunk- "Oh...do you think he'll eat."

Lance- "I don't know to be honest but just make him something just in case."

After I said that Hunk walked off to the kitchen and started making his delicous food. I'm already drooling just thinking about it.

I walk into the living room and see Pidge with a lot of things in front of her. Allura was behind her saying something to her. While looking at the various things in front of her she looked confused.

Pidge's P. O. V

I was looking at all the stuff that Allura provided me with. While looking at everything I became confused, I didn't know what anything was. Then I noticed Lance aalked into the room.

Pidge- "Hey Lance. Where's your boyfriend at I think I might need him."

Lance- "F-for what."

Pidge- "All of these things came from Hyra, and I don't know what they are. Keith happens to be the Prince of Hyra so therefore I need him."

Lance- "Oh... I'll see if he's in his room."

Lance's P. O. V

I exited the room and headed for the staircase that led up too the floor above. I swam to Keith's door and knocked, no response as always. I didn't feel like knocking again so I just swam in. Keith was asleep... seriously it's like 12:00 pm already why is he still asleep. I went to the bedside to wake him up and noticed that he had tear streaks going down his cheeks, it looks like they're new as well. Has he been crying the whole night and decided to go to sleep now?

I look around his room to see the thing that Allura gave Keith on the floor with shattered glass all around it.

It looked like a picture frame. So I went over to it and picked it up. The picture inside of it was of a woman who I for some reason recognised. There was two others in the photo a small child and a man who by the looks of it was a king. This picture was a family portrait. Why did Keith break it?

I heard something moving so I turned around to see Keith squirming in his bed. I went closer to him to see what was going on. When I reached the bedside Keith was mumbling something. I couldn't make sense of it. All of a sudden he bolts up and is panting heavily.

Keith's P. O. V

I finally calm down and look around my room seeing that nothing has changed. My eyes land on Lance. All of a sudden I felt relieved and hugged him. I don't know why I did this. Did I have a dream where something happened to Lance?

Lance- "Are you okay? By the way Pidge needs your help and Hunk is making food for all of us if you want some."

Keith- "Yeah I'm fine, and food? What time is it?

Lance- "A little bit passed 12 pm."

Shit. I slept in that late. Well I wouldn't count it as sleeping in I only got three hours of sleep.

I got up out of the bed and started to head towards the door before Lance stopped me.

Lance- "Keith, I'm serious is something wrong you've obviously been crying."

Keith- "I said I'm fine."

That came out a lot harsher than I meant it too be.

Lance's P. O. V

I was taken aback by his sudden harsh tone so I didn't ask about it anymore. Instead I ran up to him and hugged him. Surprisingly Keith hugged back.

Lance- "Come on, lets go down stairs."

Keith- "Okay"

Keith's P. O. V

Once I got down stairs Pidge called me over. I went over to her to see that she was sitting in front of a lot of electronics.

Keith- "What's all that?"

Pidge- "Electronics from Hyra wanna tell me what they're meant for."

Keith "Seriously... well I can't tell you because I don't even know what they're for."

She looked at me with a bewildered expression and just answered with an okay.

(by a couple of months)
Lance's P. O. V

My feelings towards Keith have gotten stronger. He has been not so depressed lately and doesn't go into his room unless he's going to sleep. Should I ask him he would want to get together with me? I spent a solid thirty minutes thinking this over and finally decided that I would. "I'll ask him after dinner today."

Coran- "Ask who what?"

Lance- "C-coran what are you d-doing here."

Coran- "I came to check up on you... so answer my question."

Lance- "I w-was going to ask K-keith out."

Coran had a huge smile plastered on his face after I said this.

Coran- "You get him, my boy."
