That time

He stares at the TV as the honey blonde stood on the stage.

"Hello everyone. For today's performance, I'm going to do something a little different."

She says as she sits down and pulls out a guitar.

The raven haired boy looked at her in curiosity.

"I wonder what she's going to do."
The grass type trainer says as she too stares at the screen.

Then, the girl on the screen starts playing.

A couple of seconds later, starts singing.

Her soft, clear voice made the boys heart flutter.

"Wow. She's so...... Talented."
He muttered.

"She's doing great. But, doesn't she look a little.... I dunno. Depressed?"

He thought about what she said as he took a close look at her.

She does look.... Sad.

The girl finishes singing as the crowds cheered and clapped.

She stood up and smiled at everyone.

"Thank you guys so much. I'm very glad you enjoyed something new.

The reason I did this was because I actually did love someone.

But I couldn't tell him my true feelings I had towards him.

Then, he took a different path without me.

I was heartbroken, devastated.

For the first time in my life,
I felt forgotten.

I wanted to forget about him.

But, it's so hard to forget the one you love from deep inside your heart.

So that's why I sang this.
For him and myself.

I wanted to tell him.

I think it'll help me heal a bit more.

I don't even know if he's listening but I know he's out there somewhere. Smiling and laughing.

I want to tell everyone that it's ok to have feelings for someone.

That you should tell them.

It's scary, I know.

But I regret not telling him.
