I walked from the Cafe to the candy shop.

I stop at the front door of the shop. The shop was scarier than with my friends who did not pay any attention. Who needs them anyways, I think. I am going to figure this whole situation out. I am going to figure out what he was and why he was here. I was going to figure out Xander's murder. If it is the last thing I do, I will figure it all out.
I reach to open the front door which had a closed sign on it that I did not notice.

Damn, it's closed...

I do not want to but I need to break in.

I sneak to the back of the building and start to pull some bricks to the wall out. I caught Gretel doing this one day when she lost the keys to the shop.

When the space was big enough for me to crawl into, I stick my head in first and I look to see if there is anything where I am going to drop. When I see nothing, thankfully, I jump down. I turned on the flashlight on my phone to see where I am going. It had been years since I've been down here with Gretel that day. I walk along the wall until I reach another. Until I end up feet away from a door. I have never seen a door down here. I shine my flashlight at it. To my shock, it had twenty locks at least. I look and find that the locks were unlocked which allowed me to see what was inside. I saw nothing but darkness, at first. I turn around and crunched something. I look down to see a bone. I flash my flashlight around and I find a huge pile of animal bones. A shiver shoots up my spine at the sigh of some human skulls that with the bones. I quickly run to the opening and try to climb up when I hear steps. It was right above the trapdoor. I hear keys jingle until the trap door opens up. More bones are thrown down. Not wanting to be his next victim, I scramble to get away but I cannot. My friends have always been there to help me. But not this time.

I fiercely jump up again with determination and get my hands onto the ledge. I scramble my legs to get up but I could not get them up. They have to though because any minute now the man will be coming down.
I cannot die here and now. I know the man was insane now but I curse myself for being fooled by his good looks.

I manage to get a leg up on the ledge of the secret door. I have never been so scared in my life. I felt something nudge my hand which knocked it off. I look up and saw a husky sniffing me. My other hand was about to slip when something grabbed it... No, someone grabbed it. I look up to see who but my hair was in my eyes. The man throws more bones in as I haul out.

I look up to see Henry closing the door.

“You think I didn't see the marks on the floor? You think I did not the blood the man?  Well, you are dead wrong because I did notice everything. I also noticed that you could have been caught and killed. He is nothing like you and me, Kandy. He is nothing like us." Henry says with a little tremble in his voice like I was trembling in fear. I can never unsee what I saw in there. Never in a million years.

“There's something you should know." I say to him shakily.

Henry takes me by my arm, "Let's get out of here first."

Making out get away, he whispers, "Now, what did you see?"

I saw something that can never be unseen. I saw a murderer, I saw the bones of animals, including humans. I saw my self escape death by a hair. Literally I did. If you weren't there for me I would've died. But hey, what's up with that husky?" I asked.

"I don't know what your talking about. There was no husky." Henry said.

“I know what I saw and I saw a husky.”

“No one sees the husky around here” argues Henry.
