I just lost sight of the shore

I Drifted away without looking back
I picked someone but that was company to
guide me,
Exploring and learning
Taking more knowledge
than I had before.

Time for myself is what I needed,
trying to stabilise myself from picking the wrong path.
I just let loose of my sail and let the wind take charge,
Hoping it will lead me somewhere
more brighter than it is now
