After her eyes had run out of tears, she finally relaxed. She was so lucky to have Em, a person who understood her so much.
Aisling can tell that her face looked so bad as she can feel her lips was chapped, her throat felt so dry, it hurted.
Emma passed her a bottle of water. She gladly took it.
She breathed painfully in and out.
Their car was three-cars away from the black van, avoiding any suspicion.
Aisling bit her lips and stared at Emma for a while. She tried calming her quick-pulse heart. The blood drained from her face. She felt sick.
Emma noticed and rubbed Ais's hand to make her at ease.
"It will be alright, don't worry, Ais. I'm here." She encouraged her.
Aisling felt calm for the time-being. She closed her eyes, building up her spirit. Then she finally told Emma what happened. Emma's only reaction was only to gasp in shock.
