She ran to him.

He was tied to the only pole in the warehouse. The tight rope made his flesh showing.

The blood was dripping rapidly. It was a quite horrifiying sight.

(Warning: quite disgusting, might as well skip if you have a good imaginary brain )

The warehouse was full of piles of rotten meats around him. The flies were buzzing around happily, bugging them to the core. Fat maggots were loaded, hiding behind every flesh. Munching on their meal, the maggots were scattered. Aisling tried so hard to not gag.

A slaughter warehouse it was.

Aisling was holding her tears. Dominik was speechless to see her here.

She risked her life to save him? Dominik was beyond amazed. No one ever do something so courageous as her to him like this before.

He felt sudden grateful to her.

"What are you doing here?! You know it's dangerous, that killer could come in any minutes!" Dominik coughed blood.

"He went away just now." Aisling answered in timid voice.

She tried to wipe his blood in his face but Dominik pulled his face away.

"He will notice if you wipe my blood. Aisling, are you here alone? Damn it." Dominik cursed under his breath. His bleeding hand throbbed badly. He can't bear watching her get any damage because of him.

"I'd rather die than letting her go here alone." Emma said while approaching them. Dominik sighed in relief.

"What happened? Why? I want to know!" Aisling was close to tears.

Dominik just shut his mouth close.

"Let's get out of here!" Aisling suddenly said. She reached behind him.

"No!" Dominik shouted.

"He will only make it worse the next time he caught me." He sighed.

Aisling stared at him, lost for words. He was right.

"Did you call the police?" He asked again and coughed badly.

"Yes." Emma answered. Kinda...

Suddenly, the sound of vehicle broke the silence. They came back sooner than expected.

Emma quickly grabbed Aisling's hand and made it to the small damaged woods hole.

"Go through there, I will follow in a minute." Emma told Aisling before dissapeared into the warehouse.

Aisling panicked but soon was glad when she saw that Em was trying to cover the hole with the piles of meats.
