Chapter 7

Algee's POV

"I dont even know how to apologize to her. Im not that romantic type" I said to Elijah and Luke.
When it came to being romantic, Luke and Elijah were the best hands down.

"I came here for yall help" Elijah nodded.
"I would buy her some jewelry" Luke said.
"Oh yea, that'll steal her heart all over again" Elijah said agreeing with Luke.
"Earrings? Ring? Bracelet? Necklace?...Which one do I buy"
I said writing it down in my notes on my phone.
"Ring" They both said at the same time.
"A engagement ring?" I said widening my eyes.
"No idiot! A promise ring! You're just 18 dude" Luke said laughing.
I sighed in relief.
"Alright..what else do I do?" I asked.
"A nice candle light dinner.. get Kendyll to help cook it..she a beast at making Shrimp Pasta" Elijah said.

I nodded.

"Alright, Imma think of a few more things by myself" I said rubbing my hands together.

Alayah's POV

"Alayah, Kendyll is here" My mom called from downstairs. I stood up from my beanbag and walked downstairs.

I arched my eyebrow when I saw Kendyll had 2 bags in her hand. "Umm..Hey" I said in wonder.
"Hey Boo" She gave me a hug and kissed my cheek. I laughed. "Umm..A kiss on the cheek? what is that for?" I said.
"Girl, dont worry bout it! Look go put this on! We going somewhere tonight"

My mom was looking at me smiling. "Why are yall smiling so hard" I said looking at both of them.

"Just go get pretty!" My mom said.
I stood there for a few more seconds trying to figure them out, I then turned around slowly and walked upstairs to my room.

I put the bags on my bed and saw one was Prada. "Prada? How the hell did Kendyll afford Prada" I said.

I took it out and my mouth dropped at how beautiful the purse was.

I then looked at the other bag and it had Givenchy on it. "What the hell? I just know Kendyll aint buy me Prada and Givenchy" I took the heels and dress out the bag.

It was soo beautiful. I took a shower and did my hair and makeup. I slipped on the dress and I noticed my tiny babybump. I smiled and rubbed it. I put the heels on and grabbed the purse.

I walked downstairs and Kendyll and my mom was standing there smiling. "You look soo pretty Layah!" My mom said. I smiled. "Look at that bump thoo!" Kendyll said. I laughed.

"Where did you get this from...these items are expensive girl" I said looking at her. "You ask too many questions.. just know Im the bestest bestfriend ever!" She said. "Bestest isnt a word" She rolled here eyes. "Cmon lets go! Were gonna have a  girls night out" "No offense K.. but you are in sweats and a shirt..and im dressed like im headed to the BET Awards.." I said. "Umm excuse me but were gonna stop by my house and imma get ready then were gonna go smart ass"

"Ok..I guess" I said as we got in her car and left.

We pulled up at Kendyll's house. "Your mom and dad arent here" I asked. "Naa, mom is over her boyfriend house, and Dad is outta town on business"  "Oh ok" I said as we got out.

Kendyll's mom and dad were going through a divorce, but they still lived in the same house.

She unlocked the front door and we walked in. The smell of food hit my nose.

"Damn, who been cooking" I asked. She turned her lights on dim and plugged her phone in on the Beats Pill.

"Kendyll, what are you doing?" I then saw Luke, Elijah, and Algee walk in the house from the side door.

I stood there realizing I had been tricked.
I looked over at kendyll and she gave a cheesy smile.

Luke , Elijah , and Algee had a dozen of roses in their hand.

Luke grabbed my hand and walked me to the table and pulled the chair out for me.
"Thanks Bro" I said smiling at him.
He sat the flowers down on the table beside me.

Elijah then walked up and sat beside the flowers he had down.
And then Algee walked up and sat his down. He gave me a kiss on the cheek and he sat at the table.

"You look beautiful Alayah" He said. "Thank you Algee" I said.

Kendyll walked in the kitchen and washed her hands and began making our plates.
"Did you buy this" I said looking at my outfit.
"Yea, I did" He said smiling.
I blushed and looked away.
Algee really out did his self this time.
"Wow" I said.
He reached across the table and grabbed my hand. "Im sorry" He said.
I looked him in eyes and saw honesty.
Kendyll walked to the table and sat our plates down.
It was Shrimp Pasta, Salad, and Buttered Rolls. "We aint legal, and your pregnant.. so here I gave yall Cranberry Juice instead" She said.

Her, Elijah, and Luke walked out the house and into her backyard.

"Why so many roses" I asked looking at them. "I bought you 3 dozen of roses because we've been together for 3 years" I smiled. "Thats sweet G.."

We began eating our food.
"Kendyll sure can cook Pasta" I said after we finished. Algee laughed. "Yea, she can" I leaned back in the chair.
"Alayah, I love you so much, I really wish you can see that Im trying" "G, this was so sweet. It really was, but Material things dont make me happy."
"Im not trying to win you over with materials Alayah, Im tryna win your love.." He stood up and walked over to me and got on his knees. He had tears in his eyes.

"Im sorry Alayah, just give me another chance. I know I fucked up" He said. He looked at my belly and rubbed it. "Im sorry for everything I did to you" He took out a ring box and I gasped. "G" I said with tears streaming down my face.

He opened the box and the ring was just made my heart flutter.

"This is a promise ring..I want to make promises to you.. I will never hurt you, make you cry-" I cut him off by kissing his lips.

Kendyll, Keith, Luke, Bryshere, Elijah, and Woody came in clapping.

"My boy got his girl back" Bryshere said.

Me and Algee laughed.

"Yep..He sure did" I said smiling.
He placed the ring on finger and we kissed passionately.

Yes, I took him back.. call me crazy.. but He's the Best I ever had.. I just love him so much.

I really hope he keeps his word this time.
