20 of May of 1940. Metz, Lorena, France

It was a stormy night. A Wehrmacht battalion, commanded by the general Rudolph Von Stroheim, was entering the city, eliminating easily any resistance. In matter of hours, the Nazi forces took the city. The rivers where full of corpses. But great part of the bridges, important for the pass of the infantry and the tanks, were still intact. The last point of resistant of the French was in the Cathédrale Saint Etienne. The French were surrounded. They closed the door of the cathedral.

-Fire, fire! Not mercy to the enemies of the Führer and the Reich! - shouted Von Stroheim to their men.

His soldiers fire toward the door and the windows of the cathedral. Centuries of history of the Metz gone, alongside their habitants. The French fought courageously, but sadly, in vain.

In matter of seconds, the German soldiers entered the cathedral. They didn't care to kill people in the house of God. A Nazi young man named Hans was in the front of the battle. He killed furiously, without resentments. In front of him was a Jewish mother claiming for the life of their sons. The father died in front of the cathedral. Hans, who didn't knew any French, just killed the family. He was educated to eliminate the Jews. They teach him that the Jews were the reason of all the misery of the world and from Germany. Hans believed that and fought.

-Disgusting Jewish rats! -Hans said finishing his duty.

Great part of the French in the cathedral was dead. Outside, Von Stroheim was celebrating the superiority of the Arian race. Inside, the survivors were crying, praying in their minds for a miracle, while the Nazis where tacking some women for fun and also where violating some graves.

-So, what now? -a friend of Hans said going to him.

-Oh, my good friend Ernust! -Hans said with a big smile in his face.

-Another victory for the Reich. I want to return soon to Berlin. The women here are ugly, you know- Ernust said pointing to a woman that was crying.

Hans give a little laugh. Suddenly, some of his comrades were bringing a big trunk. It looked very old.

-Gentlemen, looks that we will properly paid for our service to the Füherer- said a German soldier putting down the trunk.

-Where did you found that trunk? -Hans asked intrigued.

-Was very below in one of the graves over here- other Nazi soldier said.

-It appears that need keys- Ernust said seeing the padlock on the trunks.

-I have the key- a German soldier said putting out his gun.

-No! That trunks don't have a treasure! It contains a demon! –a very old man said in German.

The German soldiers just laugh. One of them shot to the old man in the head.

-Let me open it! -a Nazi soldier said shooting to the trunk's padlock.
