24 of May of 1940. Gem Temple, Beach City, Delmarva, United States of America
Rose and Lion appeared in the heart of the Temple, were the bubbled Gems, including Amethyst, Pearl, Ruby and Sapphire were. Rose dropped the sword.
-Go Lion! They don't have to see you. Not now- Rose ordered to her Lion, who open a portal and went to it.
Rose didn't like it to hold secrets and lies to the other Crystal Gems. But she felt that, if she told them all her secrets, the Crystal Gems, her family, will broke up and hate her. She was afraid of the truth.
-Where are they?- Rose said while searching them -they there are!
Rose jumped and took the bubble were her friends were in. She opened it and Amethyst, Pearl, Ruby and Sapphire restores their physical body. Pearl stand up and hugged very strong Rose. Meanwhile, Ruby and Sapphire fused and formed Garnet.
-Rose!- Pearl said with tears in her eyes while having Rose in her hands.
-Rose, are you all right?- Amethyst asked.
-Yes, thanks for worrying for me- Rose said stopping hugging Pearl, at the same time that she was drying her tears and Pearl's ones.
-Did you win?- Amethyst asked.
-No, I had to flee- Rose said with a sad tone.
-And how did you escaped?- Amethyst asked.
-Is...a long story. I will tell you later- Rose said -Pearl, did you saved the Gems?
-Yes, they are...- Pearl said being interrupted by Garnet.
-They are fake Gems- Garnet said.
-What!?- the other said at the same time surprised.
-Apparently Kroenen changed them and placed fake Gems- Garnet said.
-No, it can be...- Pearl said tacking the bubbled strongbox. They opened and saw that, the Gems inside the strongbox, were fake.
Rose, in an attack of rage, smashed the box with her hands.
-Rose, I'm sorry...-Pearl said with tears in her eyes, very sad for disappointing Rose.
-Is not your fault Pearl. I must foresaw that before- Garnet said putting her arm in Pearl's shoulder.
-Is the fault of that Nazi scum Pearl, not yours- Rose said calming herself -we only need to return to the portal and...
-The portal of the Gem Battlefield is highly supervised and surrounded of Hydra and normal German forces. If we go there, they will defeat us- Garnet said foreseeing the results of that actions.
Rose, as the rest of the Crystal Gems, felt great sadness and started to cry. They hugged each other. They can't do nothing now.
-"I have to ask something to Mew..."- Rose thought while being hugged by her family, the Crystal Gems.
After they comforted themselves, Rose went to her habitation to think, Amethyst went to Beach City to eat something. Garnet was reflecting about their last mission while Pearl, in her room, pull out the mirror with the blue gem incrusted in it. The blue gem listened silently the last adventure of Pearl and the Crystal Gems tell by Pearl, with every little detail.

-Mister Bertram, any new interesting information?- a man, reading a newspaper while drinking wine in a cup, asked to his butler. There was a nice weather there.
-We received information that the Crystal Gems made a kind of crusade to Norway to recover some Gems that the Hydra division of Adolf Hitler used- the butler Harrison said.
-Mmmm... that's interesting. And how ended it?- the man said drinking the rest of the wine of hic cup.
-As far as we know, they were defeated and flee to Beach City. Since our men reports that they are in Beach City, we think that they are preparing to go again- Harrison said.
-Splendid! It was matter of time until the Crystal Gems were finally find be obsolete and overwhelmed against the human weaponry!- the man said putting more wine in his cup.
A baby started to cry.
-Shh, calm down now young Joseph- a woman said holding his baby, who started to cry.
-What about Mew?- the man asked.
-He still to be unbeatable, but the Hydra weaponry started to make the things a little difficulty for him- Harrison said with a smile in his face.
-Good. Apparently the little defiance of the little cousin Adolfy bring out some good things. When the war is over, we need to put our hands in the Tesseract to made good use of it and eliminate Mew once and for all. Make a report of the rest of the information and take the rest of the day- the man said drinking some wine.
