22 of May of 1940. Safe House, Madla, Rogaland, Norway
The Crystal Gems went to the safe house of the 2 women in the village city of Madla. Received first with distrust, the Crystal Gems quickly gained they trust. Of course it was difficult to the Norwegians to understand that the Crystal Gems were aliens. Rose spent all the rest of that day healing all the injured men, women and children with her tears in the safe house while the soldiers, with Pearl, who regenerated during the way to the safe house, and Garnet were organizing a coordinated plan attack with other Norwegian via radio to recover the city of Stavanger, were Garnet foresee that they will find some corrupted Gems, following Rose order's to make the plan with less deceases as possible. Amethyst was just trying cheer up the kids, with some results. In the house were like 100 people.
There, the Crystal Gems learned about the persecution of what the Jews were object, what we know today as Holocaust. They were impacted, especially Rose. She didn't hear nothing of that in the news. In the Germany and in the occupied territories by them, the Nazis hided the mass killing of Jews. It was a secret of the state, but, they keep putting the hate in the German minds against the Jews. "Because them Germany lost the Great War, because them Germany suffered the Great Depression. They killed Jesus Christ" are some of the ideas that the Nazis were putting to the Germans. The anti-Semitic feeling wasn't new on Occident, but the Nazis were reaching a new and dreadful level of it. Of course the Allies countries know about this, years before the beginning of the war in 1939, but they didn't care. This was unknown by the majority citizens of the Allies countries and by the Crystal Gems.
-"Why the Allies didn't do something to help that poor people before the war!? Why they don't care for their own species!? Why we act to late!?"- Rose thought angrily while healing the people.
In the night, Rose ate all the apples and strawberries that they had and planted the seeds in the ground. She explained that, to the next day, there will be tall threes with giant apples and strawberries. Since they saw her healing the injured with her tiers, they believed her.
Great part of the people went to sleep, while some others still asleep to make guard and contact the Norwegian resistance to make a coordinate attack, receiving specific directions of Garnet at what places they will have to go. Outside were Amethyst, Pearl and Rose that were supervising the growth of the threes, as well capturing every German soldier that was passing over there.
-The last one according to Garnet- Amethyst said enrolling tying the last Nazi soldier. They captured 30 German soldiers. Garnet told them how many German soldier were passing during the night.
-Well, I will see how many information I can obtain from our new friend- Amethyst said entering in the house carrying the German, who was very scarred.
