Dear Diary (Luke Brooks)

Chapter 8

I can't handle this.. to see Luke and Janine so happy together. How they get lost in their kisses and how they even look at each other. Everytime Luke picks her up, they hug tight.

It hurts.

This girl should be me. It should be me!

"You'll never get like me!" Janine grinned.

"You're ugly! Nobody wants to hang out with you because no one likes you! Give up. He's with me now."

No i can't accept that. NO!

"Luke don't do this to me!"

"Do what? Just get away i don't wannna see you anymore. Janine is in every way better than you!"

I don't wanna live like this anymore! 

I just take a deep breathe and...

Blood everywhere. Just a little bit deeper and it'll be all over.

"STOOOOOOOOOP!!!"

I woke up and opened my eyes. It was just a nightmare. Oh my god just a nightmare! My breath was fast, i sweat and my throat hurt. 

It was just a nightmare!

"Minzy, are you alright? I heard you screaming and woke up!"

My mum went into my room and sat down on my bed. I was still shocked.

"It was just a nightmare...i'm sorry."

"It's ok sweetie." She seemed a bit worried.

I closed my eyes for a second and took a deep breathe. 

Mum kissed me on the cheeck and smiled. "Try to sleep again!"

She left my room and i turned around. 

Sleep sleep sleep

I couldn't. 

I got up, took a shower and did some homework. When i finished the last exercise, it was 4:30am.

Then i drew some stuff until my bell rang. I quickley got dressed, brushed my teeth and walked to the busstop. Today, Luke wasn't there. And when the bus arrived, he wasn't there either.

I looked at my phone but i had no new messages so i decided to text him.

Me: Hey, where r u? xx

I waited a few minutes but he didn't text back. Should i be worried?

I walked to my school and saw them.

Janine stood there and talked to Luke. Ok, but they are just talking aren't they?

They both smiled at each other. I don't need to be worried do i?

It hurt so much. 

I quickly turned around and ran into the big school building. I hope they didn't see me. I actually did not want to talk to Luke later that day so i called my mum.

"Sweetie? Are you still at home?"

"Yeah..uhm..about that, can i stay at home today? I don't feel well.."

"If you're sick then yes."

I hung up and walked to the toilet. I wanted to wait until the school starts so nobody sees me.

When the bell rang i tip toed outside. Suddenly i heard two well known voices. Fuck.

"I need to go to my school! I'll come too late!" Luke whispered excited.
