Dear Diary (Luke Brooks)

Chapter 4

Dear Diary,

Today i woke up really early. I went into the bathroom and watched myself in the mirror. I took off my shirt and saw wounds all over my body.

I probably lied yesterday when i said i was fine,  because it still hurt really bad.

'Who's your best friend?' 'I don't have any' 'I don't have a best friend' 'Idon't have a friend'

The voices in my head screamed louder and louder. 

You're a loser, fat, ugly and you have no friends. Nobody likes you.

Tears were streaming down my face. I tried to defend myself. 

I have James! And Luke!

'Luke actually don't like you and James just felt sorry for you.'

I ran back to my room and turned up my favourite song. I tried to forget everything and ignore the voices.

AND WE DANCED ALL NIGHT TO THE BEST SONG EVER, WE KNEW EVERY LINE NOW I CAN'T REMEMBER HOW IT GOES BUT I KNOW THAT I WONT FORGET HER 'CAUSE WE DANCED ALL NIGHT TO THE BEST SONG EVER.

I sang along and calmed down. My mum was already at work so i could easily listen to music that loud. I took a deep breathe and went downstairs.

I ate my cereal and watched tv. We'll meet at 3pm at the brooks. So i still got four hours left.

I went upstairs again, got dressed and applied a bit make up. I didn't feel beautiful or pretty but i tried to look for others. I stuffed my things in my backpack and went outside.

It was a warm day. Not too hot but the sun was shinning. I guessed it'll be warmer later.

I grabbed my pennyboard and boarded to the brooks.

Beau opened the door and hugged me.

"Hey, how are you?" ,he smiled at me.

"I'm fine what about you?" i smiled back.

"yeah i'm alright. I go and get the others. LUKE, JAI, COME DOWNSTAIRS!" he yelled through the house.

When they came down, Luke smiled nicely.

"No need to shout, fuckhead!" Jai said annoyed and slapt beau. 

"Where are James and Skip?" Jai asked. 

"I dunno they'll come around soon i guess." Beau replied.

Luke just leaned against the wall and smiled. He didn't say anything. 

When James and Skip finally arrived, they hugged me and James told a joke. 

Everyone laughed but Luke.

Oh is he playing this game again?

"So what should we do today?" Skip grined cheeky.

"It's so hot outside! It'd be better if we stay inside!" James said and we nodded.

"Let's get naked!" Beau giggled.

Everyone laughed. "Yeah let's play Strip Poker!" Jai suggested.

Wait...what?!

"Whats that? i asked.

"When you lose a round, you have to take off a piece of clothing! But we don't play poker. We play Know& Guess! Beau invented it. You have to make a question about yourself and then choose someone who should answer it. If you answer it right.. well you were lucky."
