People who say NASCAR is a sport always say one common thing: NASCAR only turns left. Well we do turn left on ovals, but here's the thing.... We turn left and right two times year at our 2 road courses. Drivers are so used to turning left 34 races at year, but at the road courses we do both.
Above is a lap around one of our road courses, aka Watkins Glen, you can see all the twists and turns drivers have to go through. You can't see them inside the car turning right, but by looking at turns you can see that they have to turn right and left in order to have a perfect lap.
