Tessa POV:

The phone was ringing and my stomach began to have butterflies all over it. My hands got sweating. I took deep breaths over and over again. It will be ok Tessa.

Jake: Hello?

Oh my god it's Jakes voice. I haven't heard it in such a long time.

Tessa: Hey Jake. It's me, Tessa.

Their was a long silence through the phone. He must be in shock. I am in shock.

Tessa: I know this is unexpected.

Jake: It is. Um....

Tessa: I just wanted to know if you wanted to go to lunch?

All the flashbacks of what happened came back. From me hearing Jake and Chances plan and the way Jake touched me. He tried to kiss me. He tried to take me away from his best friend. I ended the call. What was I thinking? I can't let Jake into my life. After all he did to me. I can't. Anthony walked into our room followed by Chance. They must have saw the expression on my face when they walked in because they immediately ran over to me.

Anthony: Babe? What's wrong? Are you thinking about Jake? You don't have to forgive him yet. Remember? Take your time.

Tessa: I called him.

They both looked at each other.

Chance: And what happened?

Tessa: We said hello and then I asked him to go out to lunch. Ya know? So we could talk things out. And I just, started remembering what he did to me.

Anthony: Tessa you have to forget about what he did to you!

Chance: Chill bro.

Tessa: I can't forget about it Anthony! You try to be an object to boys! An object where you get played around with!

I ran out the room and towards the front door. I cried as I ran to the elevator. I bumped into someone when I got into the elevator. It was a man. He seemed to be 20. Just guessing though.

Tessa: Um sorry.

I looked up into his eyes. His beautiful eyes.

Man: It's ok. Are you ok?

Tessa: Yeah I'm fine.

I said as a tear escaped from my eye.

Man: No your not. My name is Cameron.

Tessa: I'm Tessa.

Cameron had dirty blonde hair with blue eyes. His smiled was big and beautiful. It said a thousand words. He had a couple freckles with were kinda cute. He had on a blue button up shirt with khaki shorts. He was so handsome.

Cameron: Would you like to come to my place? We could talk about what is bothering you.

Tessa: Sure! I'd love too.

I forced a smile. We walked to his place which wasn't far from where I lived. He opened the door and lead me in. Nothing special.

Cameron: Sit down. Tell me about yourself.

Tessa: Well I'm Tessa Brooks. I'm 18 years old and I love dancing.

Cameron: Tessa Brooks? Where have I heard that name?

Tessa: I used to be on Team 10.

Cameron: Oh yes! My friend loves Team 10!

Tessa: Haha! So tell me about yourself.

Cameron: Well I'm Cameron Davis. I'm 20 years old. I'm going to collage right now to be a scientist.

Tessa: Wow! That's really cool.

Cameron and I talked the rest of the night about everything on our minds. But we haven't talked about my problem yet. The problem that brought me here.

Cameron: So tell me about that problem of yours.

Wow that was on cue.

Tessa: Well my freind basically just tried to use my body as an object. He didn't like me for who I was. Plus he was stealing me from his best friend that liked me. It was a disaster. Now my.... freind doesn't get the fact I can't forgive him. It's too hard.

I just called Anthony my friend. Not my boyfriend.

Cameron: I'm sorry you have to go trough that. You take your time.

He smiled then lend in for a kiss, I didn't hesitate. I kissed him back. It turned into a make out session till I pulled away.

Cameron: I'm sorry love. Did I do something?

Tessa: I can't deal with this right now, I'm sorry.

I kissed his forehead and left. I can't believe I just did that. What the hell I'm I thinking? I'm screwing up everything at this point.
