Episode 2 - Chilhood Friend

"Kevin! Kevin ,stop man"
Kevin turned his head to look at the back. His eyes were wider than ever when he saw his childhood friend Bruce calling him.
'Bruce' Kevin was so surprised to see him after a long time.

Bruce and Kevin were friends since childhood but because of the job of Bruce's daddy, Bruce and his family had to travel. Seeing Bruce after 2 years really made Kevin so happy and surprised at the same time.

"You are so handsome like you were used to be in the middle school". Bruce jokingly kept praising of Kevin like he always did.

Kevin stabbed him and said "you're also like that Bruce of middle school ,no handsomeness no cuteness no charm".

"Shut up you spoiled brat"Bruce replied to him while controlling his laugh.

"So finally we are able to see each other after a long period huh.where were you? No E-mail, No phone call, No contact.I thought you forgot about me or something" Kevin said anxiously.

"You know due to dad's job we all are so disturbed and tired. We changed our residence 4 times in these 2 years but now finally we are back to our old city" Bruce replied.

"Hmmm I'm happy to see you actually I'm so happy. In these 2 years I had nothing to do. The only thing I can do is seeing our old pics and laughing at those crazy times" Kevin added.

Bruce and Kevin kept talking about the things they did in those 2 years and there was still a few minutes before starting of their first class.

"Mavis" Suddenly Bruce remembered something. "Kevin! what about Mavis? Is she alright?"

"I don't know. I didn't see her after that last day of annual function". Kevin shrugged.

"Don't you miss her? I know you like her a lot. She's like your heartbeat but you didn't tell her that she is the only one you're living for" Bruce said while rubbing the shoulder of Kevin.

"I do miss her a lot. She's the reason of my existence. I tried really hard to find her but I failed I don't know where she is?"Kevin suddenly became so sad. His laugh converted into dead silence in seconds.

"Don't worry now I'm here with you I'm sure we both will find her soon and please this time let her know that you're the boy who used to send her those love letters and kept seeing her through the holes of doors. You're the one who's madly in love with her". Bruce said with a wide smile on his face.

"Trrriiinnngggggg".

Sound of period bell suddenly hit their ears and they started running towards their classrooms.
